"This hand car wash seem to be all about ripping the customer off. I went in with the same car six months ago and it was a small car. Three months ago it had become a medium car and now it is a large car apparently (Kia Niro) and they claim a VK Polo is a medium car? No-one minds paying a fair price for a service received but this is taking total advantage.
