CHEADLE HAND CAR WASH

I use this company regularly even though it is expensive. Very poor this morning though and nothing like the usual standard. My car is still dirty along the sills and I feel that I have received bad value for money.

I had my range rover cleaned today and it was an absolute waste of time ..there was one other car in there and all they was doing was messing around throwing water at each other When I got home I had to clean the bits they missed never use them again The tyre shine was none existent and they shouldn't have bothered.

Ok so I went here and had to go back to get them to redo my car. I happened to be in Cheadle a few weeks later and thought I'd give them another try. That's the last. My car was still dirty at the back, like they hadn't even cleaned it. So basically I paid £8 for an air freshener 🤷🏼‍♀️

Did a cracking job and good bunch of guys

What's the point of publishing a price list to then decide on the spot to charge double because "your car is too dirty"? (to be clear it was only dust, dirty and hair, nothing really too out of usual) Anyway, lost my journey, will go to another car wash, one that is not afraid of work and doesn't try to rip you off

Had my car washed here today the guys were brilliant lovely clean and my car was pretty dirty so gave them a tip Thanks Guys !

Used to be really good but my partners car came back filthy and mine had dirty swirl marks in it after todays wash. Will move to using another car wash.

Just had a full valet done on my car and believe me the car was a mess black interior doesn't mix well with a white dog and rear seat had a protein shake spilled over it yesterday. Awesome job done by the team here the car looks like new (it's 10 year old) Thanks very much.

The first time I came here I was impressed, I thought they did a really good job and recommended their services to family. However my experience there today was quite different. Although they washed my car well, they advertised the wash, wax and dry at £6 if tyres were not being shined. I told the man I didn’t want my tyres doing, yet was charged £7.20. Unfortunately I only noticed this after counting up the loose change they gave me from a £10 note after I left. They also said on the board that a free air freshener was given with every service, but I was not given one or asked if I’d like one. I understood that these things are sometimes an oversight, but being deliberately duped puts people off from returning.
