Shell

No fault of the staff, more of an issue with the policies of shell. Bought petrol at £5 a litre, but it's the cost of living crisis so can't fault shell, they're doing everything they can for us anyway and probably losing money on how much they're helping us! Went to pay, was asked if I'd like to pay the mandatory £10 tip per half litre of fuel. Didn't have a choice. Ended up paying £800 to quarter fill my smart car. As I was leaving saw one of the shell head office guys with a straw in my fuel tank drinking it out. Can't blame him, times are tough right now. Thanks shell, hope you keep upping the prices, you deserve the extra money.

Always pop in when I visit my dad and children for food and snacks and other bits,, staff are always really nice and well spoken it's a lovely little place to visit

Very over priced,Shell garage not a mile away 21p cheap ripping people off just to make as much money from struggling people hope they sleep well at night very disappointed will never use again and company vans told not to use this Shell

Rude ignorant staff slow service

I’ve had to take a star off for the attitude of all of the male staff in there. They’re kinda rude and unhelpful. The woman are absolutely fantastic. Fun, friendly, helpful, personable.

I’m never going here again for fuel. 3 times using 3 different pumps here and every time I have brimmed my car, paid for the fuel, and unfortunately left with my car not showing a full tank. Why?

One off the staff members is very kinda and respectful, and they have just what I want

The space is a bit tight, but hard for big suv to going around, staff is good friendly. Coffee machine is crap, limited choice, perhaps just late of the day most coffee had been sold out.

It takes a lot for me to review anything so I hope this tells you how stressful I find this petrol station. There are simply too many pumps, no signs telling you which way to drive around it, and not enough space. I would rather drive for another 20 minutes than visit this literal hell-hole. The staff are super rude, and the petrol is unbelievably expensive. There is a Morrisons just up the road, do yourself a favour and just go there….

Post office didn’t want to scan my parcel and told me to print it off ? Even though it says post office scan barcode . On the bar code ???? Guys useless couldn’t even be bothered to look

These guys don't enforce the mask policy. Their staff give absolutely no sh*%s about people following the rules.

There's a cash machine and a post office. Prices are reasonable

The post office here is good, however they always ask me if I've paid for the envelope never see them asking anyone else I pay for the envelope every time I no the nisa owns the envelope I dont need asking everytime in front of a que of people like I've not paid for it. Everytime please stop it it's not your responsibility to check wether I've paid you run the post office not the nisa, 26th october I've just been refused £8 worth of shopping because I was paying with with a new Scottish £10 note I use this place almost everyday its disgusting
