Had Sam come to debadge my Q3 and replace with black badges my car is in a mess scratches all around where the badges have been removed/replaced . Tried phoning numerous times to resolve and my calls just get forwarded on . Left message and sent a text but no reply. Would definitely avoid .

Impeccable job, my car is sparkling again. With two young kids and a dog it needed some attention and Sam was the man for the job. Punctual, polite and really friendly, I couldn't recommend this service more highly. Really impressed. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

Got a new car last weekend that stank of cigarette smoke from previous owner, got in touch with Sam and he was here a few days later while I was at work and he has completely removed the smell, all in a days work as well! I’m very impressed how it can be done so effectively and so quickly allowing me to drive the car the same day even though it was done with ozone treatment which can be dangerous. The de-badge on the car is a big bonus too, car looks and smells much cleaner inside and out now! Thank you so much mate! 10/10 work

Booked Sam to come and detail our car after reading reviews and also noting the policy to guarantee smoke removal. We’d bought a second hand car with a smoke odour. Sam was double the price of other quotes but the only one that guaranteed smoke removal so we went with him. He had said that there were very few cars that were left with a odour but if there was he would come back and sort it. The valet itself was thorough and he came to my husbands work. Also used the ozone machine on the car (filters had already been replaced before this took place). On departure he even said if there are any issues please contact me. However it was clear after only a couple of days that the smell had not gone. That’s when the issues started. Too many phone calls and messages to Sam. Too many promises of sorting out a date to come and have a look. 2 months later we are still waiting. He ignores text messages and won’t answer his phone. So having paid a hefty price it appears that there are no guarantees with this company, instead it’s poor customer service when things go wrong. Edit 30/06 disappointingly Sam could reply to this negative review within minutes of it being posted, however after immediately sending an email with all the requested details a week later am still waiting for any sort of contact from him. Good customer service shouldn’t be difficult but in this case it seems it is

We bought an approved used car which was dirty, greasy and absolutely stank inside of smoke and dogs and we simply did not know what to do. We reached out to Sam after seeing Great reviews and from the first point of contact Sam was helpful, informing and just genuinely great to deal with. Really down to earth, took time to get to know me whilst working and was genuinely passionate about his business and reputation. As for the work completed, we are now left with a fresh smelling car and a great clean inside with great attention to detail. Sam also said that if the problem was to ever reoccur which is unlikely, he will return and re ozone treat the car free of charge for as long as we own the vehicle. Would definitely recommend for an all round service and will certainly be using Sam again in future. Thank you mate!

Impeccable service from start to finish, cannot fault them at all

My car needed both a good clean and an ozone treatment. After much to-ing and fro-ing due to conflicting schedules on my part, Sam was able to fit me in for late Feb, where he did an excellent job, and the car looked fantastic. Very grateful to have it looking so nice, thank you.

We bought a car which had a very strong cigarette odour. We found Definition Detailing and they were great. I had read that smoke is almost impossible to remove but they did the whole thing in a days work. No smell has returned and the interior feels brand new. Would recommend

Had Sam ceramic coat a new car that I bought,I would say the one and only new car I'll ever have. The job was done to a good standard, however I noticed a small mark, a bit of fluff, dirt, eyelash or something similar in the door handle. Sam had said any issues let me know,so I did. Over a year went by of phone calls,texts,answer phone messages. All the excuses you've ever heard then followed by just ignoring me. The mark is still there today and I'll pay someone else to remove it Sam while your busy with your excuses. Would not recommend at all!
