My car needed a deep clean and these guys did a solid job.

Paid £65 for a platinum service on a vw polo and the wheels are still black with road grim and there’s missed patches all over the outside and inside of my car. Completely overpriced even if they had done even a half decent job

Phoned up to arrange a van wash & valet, the gent on the phone said everything was fine and I didn’t need to book. Arrived at 15:15 and it was closed!

Rude customer service and didn't really care about the quality of their work. They didn't dry properly and the inside looks like a rushed job and the side of the door did not get cleaned. They didn't even do the boot. Outside window wasn't clean. Requested to do again and still wasn't good. The guy just seemed to be fed up and didn't apologise for the bad work they did. Never visiting again. It's a shame it use to be good when it was tesco wash and not waves. The guys on the A6 and coppull does a better job for cheaper.

We brought a car here that we were borrowing, the car was in awful condition and had years of stale dog smell throughout. The guys here literally worked magic and we can breathe in the car again.

Rush job, over priced, terrible customer service, avoid.
