Super hand carwash

**AVOID They broke part of my car, refused a refund, and refused to fix it. I have been coming to this car wash for nearly ten. On my last visit, I noticed the part where the cigarette lighter used to be was no longer lit up. I use this to plug a USB portal in for Bluetooth as my Audi is an older model. My friend tried to fix it but it would not work, the carwash workers had gotten liquid in it. I gave it a couple of weeks hoping it would work again, but it didn't. Today I went to the car wash and explained the situation. I showed them my reward card stamps. and offered to give the owner my friend's telephone number so he could confirm my story. He started telling me his problems with his car being stolen!!! I explained to him that I am his customer, and that I would like him to resolve my issue and not start telling me about his problems. He said he would need to know the exact time to check CCTV and which staff member did it. I told him that I did not remember. Also, I didn't want the staff member to get into trouble, they are humans who will make mistakes now and then. I have been going to this car wash for ten years. He has had about £1000 worth of business from me. But he refused to fix what his staff had broken, give me a refund or even apologize. He has lost my business. It might be cheap but it's not worth risking damage to your car. Dear business owner, I hope it was worth it to lose a customer, get a bad review, and potentially lose more business over fixing the damage or at the minimum a refund.
