Ive used Empire Auto Spa a few times now and have never been disappointed. I get a mini-valat and the shine on my car car inside and out is just unreal. The price is also very reasonable, alot better than other companies. I will not be using anyone else other than these guys. 10/10 for service.

I’ve been looking for a proper, trustworthy detailing company for ages, and I finally struck gold with Empire Auto Spa. After weeks of searching and reading mixed reviews everywhere else, I dropped my Volvo off with them yesterday and I genuinely couldn’t believe my eyes when I picked it up today – it looks like the day I drove it out of the showroom! The team used the full Auto Glym professional lineup Lifeshine prep, Ultra Deep Shine polish, HD Wax, the works and you can tell they actually know how to use it properly. Every swirl mark is gone, the paint has that wet-look mirror shine, the glass is streak-free, wheels are gleaming, tyres dressed perfectly, even the engine bay and door shuts are spotless. They even took the time to clean and condition all the black exterior trim so it’s deep black again instead of that faded grey it was turning into. The interior smells incredible – they must have used the Auto Glym leather cleaner and conditioner because the seats feel brand new to the touch. What really stood out though was the customer service. From the moment I called to book, the guy on the phone was friendly, explained everything clearly and gave me honest advice on what my car actually needed no upselling nonsense. When I dropped it off, the owner came out, walked around the car with me, pointed out a couple of tiny stone chips I hadn’t even noticed and asked if I wanted them touched up – no pressure, just helpful. Picked it up this evening and they spent 20 minutes walking me around the car under their lights showing me exactly what they’d done. Proper passion for what they do. Attention to detail was off the charts – every single wheel bolt is clean, exhaust tips polished, number plates sparkling, even the rubber seals around the windows look new. I’ve had “premium” details from other places before that cost more and delivered half this result. These guys are the real deal. If you’re anywhere near or in Leeds and surrounding area and your car needs some love do yourself a favour and book with these legends. My car honestly looks like it just rolled off the production line again – I’m grinning like an idiot every time I walk past it in the driveway. 10/10, will be a regular customer from now on. Thank you for making my car look brand new again! 🔥🚗
