These staff are ripping us off with the points pretending to scan yours but then scanning there own card for the points. 7 times I’ve put £70 in my car and the points have never gone on. The staff here are definitely scamming us out of points. It just happened again today with £67.02 in my car, he scanned my phone but just checked now at home and guess what still on 4414 points the same number before I filled up again. They always say it didn’t do a points receipt when I ask 😡 I’m starting to use shell instead.

Unprofessional staff, served by Adnan, filled up petrol and asked to scan voucher for bpme points, he tried to scan the voucher about 5-6 times but he couldn’t and he didn’t let me realised he can’t do and he thrown the voucher in bin, after leaving I checked my bpme account there was no any points been added. Small things makes big difference in business at least I do not use this petrol station again. Don’t need reply because I read most of your comments replies and you referring everyone to bp call centre. so I don’t want to

Terrible service, the guy behind the counter always has a stupid voice witch he clearly is putting on in a kind of mocking way. He's always seems to give some sort of smart comment aswell. Only trying to pay for my fuel. Me a my family will no longer use this place. 👎👎👎

Shocking service, I came to the till to pay for my fuel, which was just over £100. The person behind the till said that I need to use my card ( chip and pin ). I told him that I’m using Apple Pay which can be done without using a card pin over £100. He started to become rude and threw a coin at me when I was walking out after paying using Apple Pay ( which worked without pin ) as expected. The guy needs to be sacked.

I usually come to BP to collect my reward points, but in this station they don’t add my points properly. This has happened three times with the same two staff. Very disappointing because I use BP just for the points.

Scamming shop. Charges more than what it says on shelf. Spoke to a manager who clearly wasn't interested and tried to put my goods back on the shelf that I'd payed for. Will never use again stay clear everyone. Absolute joke of a shop.

I must say the evening staff are very helpful! They are always willing to go out of their way and the guy on the till is very friendly and always smiling! The customer service is brilliant!
