It is very bad customer service after I washed my car twice.I paid £10 + £3 tip just for wash and dry i got this very bad customer service i will never come back again.

Wish I could give a 0 star. Never using them again. Did a shabby job of cleaning outside and didn't vaccum the boot. Car looks patchy after next morning, probably some low quality cleaning stuff.

Bad customer service no advice anyone

The gentleman could NOT understand or speak English well he just walked off and cleaned another car. Avoi like the plague!

One Star is Too Generous – This Carwash is a Crime Against Cars I don't even know where to start. If you're looking for a place to ruin your car while pretending to clean it, congratulations – you've found the holy grail of disappointment. After going through this sorry excuse for a carwash, I came out the other side with more micro scratches than I went in with – it’s like they handed my car to a cat and said, “Go nuts.” Not only was the paint noticeably damaged, but stains and dirt were STILL clearly visible. What exactly did I pay for? A wet car with a new set of fine scratches? The drying job was pathetic – streaks everywhere, water spots galore. It looked like they hired someone to not clean the car on purpose. If I wanted a half-assed rinse with a side of damage, I would’ve just parked in the rain next to a sandstorm. Avoid this place like the plague if you care about your car. Or don’t – maybe you like being angry and disappointed. Up to you.

My car always looks lovely and they never miss any bits

Avoid at all costs. Didn't notice til I got home, due to being wet. Loads of dirt left on bodywork. Windows left dirty. Roof and wheels not even touched apart from a quick spray. Had to redo it myself when I got home from work. By far the worst car wash I've ever had. 0/5

Terrible service, I had to ask for a receipt couple of times after I was asked to pay in advance by a “bank transfer” and they did an awful job with drying the car.

I thought they were thorough with the outside wash of the cars, mine and others I saw while waiting. I found the price comparable to others but a better wash than some others, particularly the car wash at Taxeco opposite M&S. I'll stick with these guys because they are friendly, polite and thorough. Used on Monday lunchtime, got a mini vallet for £15 for a small car, hand washed the outside, cleaned wheels and interior, there was a steady flow of cars, my car took 40mins including wait. I would recommend these guys
