IMO Car Wash

A nice setup! All good, but cleaning of wheels not very good. Prices about right!

Horrendous experience that genuinely left me shaking. The attendant was so rude and borderline aggressive. This is not a usual drive up and stop car wash. You need to take automatic brake off etc and then the machine pulls the car through. Very strange experience which would have been fine if he hadn’t been so aggressive.

Rude staff and they don’t even pre wash it properly, won’t be going again and the price has gone up considerably but service has gone down.

Have been using this car wash for a number of years. Whilst there have been times I've been impressed and dissapointed, it has been generally pleasent and convenient to use. Today's staff member running the washing side of the business, really got my back up with his rude and unprofessional mannerisms. Have also experienced the self use vacuums once and was thoroughly dissapointed with the suction as someone else has also pointed out.

£15 for a car wash that damages your car... not happy.

Prices have increased and are expensive for the area, car was not left anywhere near clean. reg plates / bumpers still had fly deposits. I did have the cheapest clean but it did include pre wash

It was easy to use, I payed for it online and just had the worker scan the code and it was done nice and quickly with the automatic machine.

Shocking, broke my wing mirror, in fact ripped it off, the attendant admitted it. Filled in all their forms, went through their process, still waiting for response

Had my car damaged in several areas and the bloke that was there was borderline aggressive. Definitely not the car wash that i will visit again.

Damaged my paintwork! Went on Sunday 23/11/25 for a full valet inside and out. When I arrived home I found lacquer had been taken off of my rear bumper most likely by the pressure washer. I went back to speak about the situation and was handed a phone and the chap on the other line fobbed me off telling me “the pressure is set to not damage paint” and “If the customer doesn’t see the damage then it’s alright” and laughed! (Completely unprofessional) then told me to fill out an incident form and someone would be in contact within 48hrs. I’ve had zero contact. I doubt I’ll hear anything back. And I’m going to have to pay out of pocket for it to be repaired! Avoid!

Have used this car wash a number of times. Unfortunately the attendant didn't understand what I asked for. Even when I pointed to the price and sign it appeared they did not fully understand me. Eventually somehow we got there in the end and the wash came out ok. Not sure I would go back if this continues though. It appears some of the staff could require re training and support with basic English.

The best IMO car wash I have been to. A really thorough prewash. The car looking amazing
