Can't fault the guys at all, nipped over as needed a seat cleaned and he recommended somewhere else which was closed. Ended up asking me to park up and did a smashing job more than I asked for. Definitely recommend.

One of worst experience to get car wash from here I went to do mini wallet and he hasn't wash car panels as well as my bot panel is still dirty also they didn't done hover properly my car is still dirty when I said you did not washed properly they tried to aggressive so paid them money and told then will not come next time this is first and last and I recommend to everyone do not get car wash from here of you don't want to waste your money

I would have given a 0 rating if I could. Paid for a Mini-valet because I had run through some mud. After they were done (under 5 minutes) the mud remained. I pointed this out and they suggested that there was no point cleaning and drying parts of the car because they would only get dirty again. When I suggested I would take my business elsewhere, I was told this was a good idea. The attendant further insulted me by suggesting that I was dissatisfied because I had probably had an argument with my spouse. I've been going here for years and have generally been happy with the service but I will be taking my business elsewhere after this treatment.

Worst car wash in Derby, avoid at all costs!! Got car washed, didn't dry properly whatsoever, still wet all over. Didn't clean door jams & not even tyre shine.

Went for a wash and dry but didn't do the door sills.

Partner had his car cleaned here after an accident with a puppy inside. They were more than happy to carry out the valet and done a superb job. All smells and marks removed, you wouldn't even tell. Thank you ever so much guys! Highly recommended.

Awful car wash. Took a 4x4 and they didn’t wash the roof. When I pointed it out they just tried to clean it with the drying cloth and no water rather than wash it off with water. Would never go again no matter what car I had. Pointed out to the owner the bits where they had missed cleaning the dirt off and he just laughed and walked away.

This is one of the few hand car wash places that would make a decent attempt at having your wheels cleaned. Excellent lads and very professional!
