My vehicle sustained damage while using the automatic wash service due to a equipment malfunction. This resulted in multiple scratches and a broken wing mirror cover. As instructed by their customer service team, I spent my own time obtaining two separate repair quotes. While I was about to submit them, my claim was summarily denied, with the company citing a general liability disclaimer and a vague reply that such an incident didn't happen before. I have my dash cam footage capturing how roughly the washing was done. Instructing a customer to go through the effort of getting quotes with no apparent intention of genuinely considering the claim is unprofessional. I cannot recommend this service due to the risk of vehicle damage from their equipment and the subsequent unsatisfactory handling of the complaint.

Fuel expensive, staff hit and miss, no fuel being available is a regular occurrence despite being available elsewhere . I used to be a regular BP customer, this station has literally driven me to competitors.

Must be one of the dearest fuel stations in the area. Petrol available at numerous stations within 5 miles of this site 10p a litre cheaper.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent visits to the BP Fairway petrol station in Mickleover have been consistently disappointing. The attached M&S shop charges absolutely extortionate prices for even the most basic items, yet somehow they still can’t seem to afford any proper heating. Honestly, it feels colder inside the store than it does outside—which is saying something given the weather lately. What really gets to me is how uncomfortable it must be for the staff. You can see they’re doing their best, but they’re stuck working in what feels like a walk-in fridge all day. I genuinely feel sorry for them. I have no idea how they’re coping in those conditions, especially with customers constantly complaining about the temperature and the prices. For a big brand like BP partnered with M&S, you’d expect far better. Warmer building, fairer pricing, and a bit of consideration for the people working there would be a good place to start. Until then, I’ll be avoiding this place where I can.

Generally awkward staff, can’t grasp simple requests, probably understaffed behind the counter due to most staff members wandering round like zombies stacking one mars bar per hour on the shelves

Great local fuel and coffee and benefits M&S food for those last-minute essentials or treats. Good parking with seven bays for those quick stops, air, water, fuel, and electric charging all on site (although don't try these if you are a long or towing vehicle).

The lady on duty at 7.30am on Monday the 10th of March 2025 was abrupt and unfriendly and as a paying customer l should at least get a polite welcome and a smile even if it's just put on. Everyone has bad days but politeness never hurt anyone. I always make a point of giving good reviews when deserved but you kind of spoilt my day lady.
