Just filled up with fuel no problems easy in and out

Wasn't sure if husband took my bank card so came out of car trying to look for it in my purse, husband told me later that one of staff member said on walkie talkie : " watch out on that women, she look dodgy" in front of other customers and they all were looking at me like I am doing something wrong. (This happened on 18.07 around midday)if you actually going to talk to your employees BP as this is bad customer manners and profiling. Please do better! I won't be coming back, plenty of other petrol station around with nice and helpful staff.

Really good customer service by Amanda always nice and very polite 👍 A lot of stuff you can buy from here, plenty of stock, very clean as well.

Absolutely diabolic service If I could give them nil rating I would no idea what they are doing clueless staff behind counter very bad experience will not be going back again I spend £500 plus every week on fuel and groceries there we use them as they are close to us all our company goes there always robbing you for your points it's happened before I let it go but this time I said no

I went to the petrol station at 12.16 am on 28th of march for fuel refuel and also I wanted to use toilet as well I asked one of staff he said as very rude there is on any toilets to use I have been really disappointed about this because other fuel station got toilets facilities😡

The young Asian lady working this afternoon (17/03/2024) could do with a course in customer service. After I had the nerve to interrupt her playing on her phone trying to pay for my diesel, she barked "pump" at me and I gave my fuel pump number. "you've given me the wrong number" she snapped, looking outside at the nearly empty forecourt and then proceeded to have a conversation with someone in her headset about how "I can't believe this guy has given me the wrong number and I'm gonna get in so much trouble". Maybe try paying attention to what's going on rather than watching tiktok videos, and losing the attitude/ not blaming others for your mistakes! Otherwise, just a bang average BP petrol station. I definitely won't be rushing back there again after this though.
