Equipment is frequently broken: the vacuum was non-functional, the jet wash was blocked by a parked car, and a split hose caused water to spray into the roof. No refund was given, and the garage disclaimed responsibility, making it nearly impossible to recover payment.

The hose on the machine was split resulting in the water firing into the roof . Tried other jet gun and the soapy water spraying out the back . Petrol station assistant said “ oh not again “ indicating this is a common occurrence. No refund given by the garage as its “ not their business “. No info on the Car Spa who to contact . I was given an email to contact by the garage but that’s an easy dodge. Should be closed and not allow folks to pay when no service is available, then make it 99% impossible to get a refund .
