Good Happy service even with some disgruntled customers that cannot follow garage rules

Got a subway sandwich from here, there were no other customers and i was told to order on the touchscreen. This was hard to do as it was very slow and infuriating to use. The server then made the sandwich no customer service involved. I took the sandwich away but when I unwrapped it I had already left the area. The bread hadn’t been cooked properly. It was awful. Went in the bin and I’ve gone hungry. What a waste of money, horrible shop to buy from, I’m done with subway.

Religious reason? I went in to buy bacon and sausages to make a breakfast this morning. I found that they do not sell pork products or alcohol. The old COOP has been knocked down and now the petrol station owns that land. They should offer products that cater for everyone. I'm boycotting this business until that happens.

Awful service this afternoon. I bought petrol, snacks and wanted to drop off an Evri parcel. I paid for petrol and snacks and was told to wait aside and someone would come take my Evri parcel soon. I waited 10 minutes after watching around 20 customers served, I then asked the older lady serving if it would be much longer and she said probably not, but couldnt tell me how long. After a few more minutes I eventually walked out with my parcel as she couldn't tell me how much longer it would be and I had somewhere to be. I asked would it be a few more minutes, another 20 minutes, an hour? She couldn't tell me, but was happy to keep me waiting and made no effort to try and serve me or find someone who could... Went to Lingfield post office and was served straight away, will go there in future.

Not a bad little place, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of stuff to buy, from freezer stuff to Protein Powder and lots of stuff you'd find in supermarkets. Plus there are always little offers on, just make sure you tell them at the till as they aren't always synced up.
