I asked this company to underseal and rust protect my car. Part of the deal was that they would send me photos they had taken during the process. This is important because, were I ever to sell the vehicle, these would provide proof of past care and so achieve a higher price. Gleem did the work as asked and took pics. But, despite six weeks and four phone calls I made to chase the photos, I don't have them. Excuses have included 'we've been very busy', 'I am ill', 'We have had a loss in the family' and, most recently, 'haven't you had them? They were sent weeks ago.' I would not use Gleem again, nor would I recommend them. Update: the day after I posted this review. Gleem rang me and offered to deliver the photos. They arrived by recorded delivery post 2 days later. I can't say whether tmy comments here influenced their behaviour: what do you think?

Friendly customer service, top notch job, results are amazing

Excellent service - would thoroughly recommend Sean and Kelly looked after me and my car. Very happy with the service and communication. It even got a hoover on the inside, which wasn't included in the price. Really pleased with the paintwork - car looks like new. Exactly what I was after.

Brilliant service from Sean and the team, rang to query protection for Matt Paint and confirmed this could be ceramic coated. The result was amazing and I am extremely please with the work. Also was provided with full advice for aftercare and also tips for future washes. Thanks Again!

I bought a second-hand car here, and I've been happy with the process. They included a 6-month warranty and even came to pick us up from the train station when we arrived in the area! It's a family business, and you can definitely tell they care about their business and customers.

We’ve been using Gleem for years absolutely fantastic can’t recommend them enough! They are fantastic, whether you are wanting them to do a full detail or if you fancy doing it yourself then they sell their own products, Gleem Gorilla. The snow foam is super sticky and absolutely nothing touches the all purpose cleaner.

I cannot thank Sean enough for the incredible job he did after I accidentally dropped an entire key lime pie down the side of my boyfriends car! It went absolutely everywhere, down the side of the seat and into the tracks. It was impossible to get to and clean ourselves however after ringing Gleem they were able to see us almost straight away and quickly cleaned the entire thing (they even had to remove the drivers seat). I cannot recommend this company enough, their service was amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I first enquired with these guys I knew I was onto a winner! I reached out to 3 different places about getting my brake calipers painted from red to yellow and my headlights polished up. Gleem responded really fast and talked things through like people not machines, it was nice to be able to just have a conversation about what I needed without feeling rushed or like it was an effort. They even offered to fit the discs and pads I'd bought and not got round to fitting yet while they had the car! Win win! On dropping the car off it was clear the team at Gleem love what they do and take pride in both the results and the business itself, the friendly attitude continued and I felt totally at ease the whole time. The car decided it didn't want to cooperate however due to seized and rounded bolts, but I was talked through everything and given plenty of options without being pushed in any direction, in the end they kept the car a little longer to get things sorted out properly but kept me updated throughout. On collection I was really pleased with the results, they'd done a really good job getting the colour right and the hand painted logos look excellent. They talked me through what had had to be done regarding the brakes and of course gave me the correct responsible warnings about bedding them in, then after a quick chat about the car we changed money and keys and I was back on my way. These guys are genuinely very good at what they do and have a passion for it that seems to extend into the way they run the business, everyone is really genuine and friendly and I honestly can't fault them at all. I would 100% recommend them and will undoubtedly use them again in future

I recently bought a car online from a main dealer and on delivery the vehicle had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was booked in with Gleem for an extensive interior valet and Sean and his team were great and really took every care possible to eliminate the smell and the car looked and smelt like it was brand new when i picked it up. They even removed the seats and all interior trims and deep cleaned the air vents and replaced cabin filters etc to make sure there was no chance of the smell returning. I would 100% recommend using them, they have a very proffessional set up at and are extremely well priced considering their attention to detail and customer service.

My car was flooded with standing water in the interior, leaving a bad smell as the carpets were soaked. I took it to Gleem Services and they advised me I needed to replace the underlay, they took care of ordering and installing it. After a deep clean and decontamination, my car was as good as new and the smell was removed. Highly recommend their services.

They were so helpful, understanding when I had to cancel and reschedule. Even taking photos for me after the full valet and smoke bomb to sell my dad’s car after he passed. Tips of where to sell it too. Will use them again, thanks Kelly and team x
