I’m giving this station 5 starts. My dad, who is 81, got lost and when he went to the BP station on wetherby Road, he didn’t have enough money to pay for his petrol. He was very anxious and upset and the staff who worked that evening, Grace, Sohrab, and Ismael, looked after him and managed to print him a map so he could find his way home. A massive thank you for looking after my dad and showing so much patience and kindness. Thank you so so so much. It meant more than you know. Xxxxx

The washer fluid dispenser does not work when using a debit card but they still take the money. I have raised it with the bank as a disputed transaction. I tried to ring but it went to answerphone. The lady behind the counter knew that the machine debit card did not operate the dispenser and told me to pay cash. I therefore paid twice without receiving any goods for the first transaction.

I don’t usually leave a review whenever I receive bad customer service, but the customer service that I received this morning was particularly awful that I had to comment! I was served a croissant and a coffee by a very rude woman who snapped at me because I couldn’t hear ask what size drink I wanted over the sound of the coffee machine. I left feeling humiliated.

Good forecourt with a clean shop. It always seems to be fairly quiet here when I go. The positioning is slightly awkward since the roads were redesigned, as you have to come off the main road to visit this petrol station. All factors considered, this is worth a visit if you need petrol. However, if you’re wanting to purchase food from M&S, visit the larger foodhall at The Springs.

Manager Laura needs a few lessons in customer service. I dread going to the counter when she's serving as you only appear an inconvenience to her day. Goods slammed on the counter. Not a please or thank you in sight. This is not a one off incident of "having a bad day" either. It's the standard "service" she offers, having visited numerous times. That said, rest of staff are super pleasant and do well to keep a smile in that working environment.

Clean station

I had the worst day today and found myself abit stuck. Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews as i can honestly say Debbie has restored my faith in humanity. What a friendly caring lady she is, Bp you need to look after this lady her customer service was not only amazing but she treated me like a person and understood my situation. Thankyou debbie

Unfriendly staff- the card reader wasn’t working but met by hostility (Laura) and made to feel like petty thief as I was called back into store. This individual needs customer service training. Unpleasant.

Car wash ( NEVER IN USE) called in again today at 1:30pm and the bloody thing as traffic comes in front of entrance-same yesterday…don’t know why it has a car wash plus it’s double the price as the Bp car wash on Roundhay Road??? Is it a post code thing? Surly it’s the same soap & water there using?? WEIRD!

Shop has a good range of food and drink Just a shame it’s hit and miss with the jet wash not 1 but both are now out of order Let’s see how long till there fixed

The facilities are clean and it has a good range of products. The staff always friendly. As the productas are mostly M&S they are of a decent quality. Few annoyances are: I've consistently been charged for incorrect items numerous times. I should learn to check the receipt but the nature of using this convenience is you are usually in a rush. I once had a winning lotto ticket (small value) rendered void by the staff due to "machine issues." Numerous times my BP app/card wasn't actually scanned correctly, so I lost out on my points.
