Check your change!! They have twice short changed our daughter £5.00 and laughed when asked about it. Avoid this garage if you can as they feel happy stealing from a disabled child.

Staff have no respect, they speak to you and treat you like your a idiot. I will not be using his place again and definitely recommend going to the Sainsbury's petrol station 2 mins round the corner instead. This is not a welcoming place to visit staff make you feel like your a nuisance

I just wanted to say what an asset to the team Sherry is. He saw me struggling to work the charger for my EV and came straight out to help. He called the helpline and managed to get the charger working for me, even staying behind after his shift had finished. There has been another occasion where my battery on my car was completely dead and he again was so helpful, reassuring and friendly. It’s so nice to see someone go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service, it’s very hard to find these days, so I just wanted to express my gratitude. I go into the garage regularly and he is consistently helpful

Friendly staff

Came to use jet wash. Foam very thin, not even sticking to the vehicle to do the work. Came to staff asking for help and a refund - “sorry we cannot do anything about it”. Very poor customer service. Staff too lazy to even check the jet washer to acknowledge the problem.

Absolute joke of a place multiple times people have complained about them selling week old food including meats and yet they still are clearly they don’t care about your health or safety if it’s not rectified immediately the health and safety agency is going to be told and have a field day

Make sure whenever you put fuel and if you have clubs card make sure they scan it properly, because twice in a row they pretend like scanned my card but they haven’t done, rubbish customer service I’ve got responded by owner they helped me out thanks

Expensive food, but other than that, it's a typical garage

This place is Convenient because it’s a 24 hour shop, it has a FREE ATM machine, the shop layout is spacious inside and clean too, it’s spaced out well so you have plenty of spaces from cars when fuelling up, it has car parking facility too, and they have plenty of goods to choose from inside only downfall is very overpriced on products.

Lovely friendly garage and shop will definitely visit again
