Poor service, rude customer service and didn’t even wash my car properly. Paid for triple wash and got 0 quality wash

Excellent service and great attention to detail. My car was cleaned inside and out to a very high standard and looked like new when finished. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I would highly recommend this car wash and will definitely be returning.

Best car wash in Burton-upon-Trent for me

Says closes at 18:30. I turned up at 18:10 and all closed up 🤔

I visited IMO Car Wash for the first time and chose the Ultra HD package. The description sounds great with all the included options, but the reality was very disappointing. There was barely any “hand wash” involved, just a quick pass over the windscreen and rear window with a brush, which I wouldn’t consider a proper hand wash at all. The rear window and mirrors were left with visible streaks and spots. Honestly, a £2 self-service jet wash gives a much better result. The body wax and polymer sealant are also questionable. After applying these, the car wasn’t rinsed at all, which likely caused even more spotting. Overall, the worst £13 I’ve spent on a car wash. I won’t be returning.

arrived for pre-paid car wash. Nobody working. No actual directions. Just a gentleman waving his arms at me. Deeply unimpressed. Have used the brand many times before, this has however totally put me off bothering again now I've wasted my money

Terrible car wash, car is still dirty, still have flies and bird droppings on my car. The brushes are too hard on the wing mirrors and pushes them in, it damaged headlight jet sprayer, and the wheels are still dirty and it scratched my paint.

First time using today, wish I had not bothered. Didn’t clean the car very well, loads of bits missed, and so many scratches on the car that were not there before. Really disappointed for what you pay. Avoid, do it yourself or somewhere where they wash and dry by hand!

Rude people working there

First time visiting today, and the staff were friendly and very kind. A few cars were in front but the wait wasn't long at all. Great service and lovely clean car! Thank you

Rude all they are interested uber drivers and taxi drivers….. Customer service is extremely poor clearly they from abroad unfortunately

I can only give it 2 stars, as my car is still dirty after the wash, they just smudge a little bit with foam in the back of the car not done properly. And a bit expensive for the quality you get.

First time here on Thursday and I was only car there. Have used a previous imo car wash in another place for years before we moved. This one at Burton - quite rude member of staff more interested in talking to a taxi driver that turned up. Hardly pre washed my car . I am used to having wheels, grills and front and back screens washed before going through actual car wash. Always done at the other one who were always really busy and they smiled and greeted you! First and last time for me not impressed for £10.
