Shine Hand Car Wash

Rude staff. Tried over charging and damaging car

Went there today.Ripped off again. Pricing structure says wash, inside and out, hoover door shuts, hoover, tyre shine Car £15 and 4x4 / seven seaters £20. Charged me £17 as it is a medium car. I have a Mercedes Benz B Class. Medium Car is not on their pricing structure. Last time they wanted £20 because the car was dirty. Is that not why you take it to a car wash. Won’t be going there again.

Good hard working staff. Prices are better than most other hand car washes. Only thing is when they do the hoover they seem to be a little careless with the cables that might be attached to accessories like a dash cam or phone. When moving the seats back and forth these cables can get damaged or pulled from their connections

Terrible experience, mainly because of the manager. I want to be fair and say some of the workers did seem sympathetic and appeared to be trying to support me, but said they could not do much because he was the boss. I am disabled, and while I briefly went next door to use the bathroom, my car was moved over a main road without my permission. My crutch was inside the car, and despite explaining that I could not safely get to it, they refused to bring the car back or even bring me my crutch. I was left waiting for around three hours. One of my house keys, the one with my address on it, also went missing from my key bunch, and I was told to “watch myself”, which I took as a threat. I am very unhappy with the service and would not recommend this business.

Been bringing my car here for 4 years. I've always left a tip but I don't feel I will be bringing my car here again as they don't clean the car efficiently enough on the inside. I'm having to clean it again when I go home. It's a shame as so many cars come in and so many valeters here yet the standards have dropped massively. Disappointed
