Found Josh through a Facebook short clip and it came at a good time with wanting to invest into preserving the quality of paint work on both my cars. After my first car had a full 2-stg polish and ceramic coat, I decided to basically do the same with my second. Experience has been great throughout. Friendly, communicative, clearly very skilled and shows he has great pride in his work. Recommended!

I recently used Dixons Detailing to smarten up the paintwork on my car ahead of selling it, as it was looking a bit dull. I exchanged several messages with John beforehand, who was friendly, genuinely helpful, and not remotely pushy — he took the time to help me choose the right package for what I actually needed rather than upselling me. The finished result was outstanding — the paintwork looked better than I expected. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dixons Detailing for any detailing work.

Having paid £670, for 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating, plus engine bay apparently a special offer. He had the car 1 day. Picked the car up paintwork looked great, on returning home I thought id have a quick look at the engine bay, see pics. I questioned the result and the answer i got was more time than I thought was needed on the paint ao just gave a quick wipe. I paid for a service not a time slot. He did offer to spend another 20 mins on it the next day if I returned the car, I dont have time for stuff like that. I paid for paint correction not a full detail I know but when I picked up the car I noticed the chrome exhaust pipes really stood out as they were dirty, took me 2 mins to clean when I got home. Just thought it might have been noticed from a detailing company, would have been a nice touch. Don't want this to sound too harsh nice guy and generally happy with results but if these things are not highlighted then how does it improve...

He did not disappoint I am delighted with the results to my car, it looks brand new. First time I’ve used them and WOW can’t fault the service picked car up from my work and dropped it back off to me. It’s like new, and it was bad inside and out A++++++++ service would highly recommended.
