Had car washed and mini valet £20 worth every penny ,been using them a few yeats now never had a problem

Use them for the Weston Park charity mini bus. Always do an excellent job and take a pride in what they do. Dont overcharge and can't fault them. All the guys there are friendly. Happy to recommend

Usually do my own full valets but if it's just a quick wash my car needs , then I'll use these guys.

Have been coming here for over 10 yrs and it was always ok. But today, I paid for a wash and dry and I had a very poor wash and they didn't even dry it properly. I asked several times if they would dry it and they ignored me. I noticed before that they pick and chose which cards to give more attention too. A very poor job today. Money down the drain!

Fast and clean services

These guys are chancers. Called in for a vacuum clean. Excluding the boot. He quoted me £25. I laughed and got back into the car. They both insisted the car was very dirty. I thanked them and prepared to leave. They said "OK then. We'll do it for £20". I drove to DM car wash in Parsons Cross and they did it for £12. And no haggling.

Disappointed. The detail was missed and there was still muck on the car after it had been cleaned.

NOT RECOMMENDING Wash and Shine !!! I’ve been a customer with them for the last 2-3 years. Yes, they used to be good. Yes they used to be cheap. BUT NOT NOW!!! 1. No proper wash outside! They are slightly foaming the windows first (so you don’t see what they don’t foam) and let it drip down. This means an inconsistent wash. I’ve seen flies on my bumper and areas untouched by cloth. Because they don’t wash&dry their clothes often (if at all across the day) your paintwork will get spiderweb all across. They are also over-relying on concentrated chemicals to remove dirt rather than actually hand-washing which is also damaging your paintwork. 2. Not washing the rims! They will NOT hand-wash your rims! The picture attached is at a DIFFERENT car wash that is actually doing the job which is removing majority of your break dust. Because Wash and Shine are not handwashing rims, your wheels will be square zero (mucky) in 1 day time. 3. Not properly waxing tires! At times i’ve left with tires unwaxed (both rear/frond or one random undone). Other times they will apply too much wax making your rims look bad (+ break dust = mucky rims). 4. Bad interior job - Water mark on windows! When doing a mini-valet because they don’t have enough cloths or unprofessional product (I assume) the interior of the windows have watermarks. It ultimately dries out but you will get annoyed every time the sun is out. 5. Bad interior job - Dust still there! Yes, even if you get a mini-valet you’ll still have dust on the dashboard and on door panels. How pathetic, might as well not do it. Mini-valet not worth it 🤷🏻‍♂️ If you want a quick wash, at the end of the day it will get the “job done” (with damaging your paintwork as described above). But if you want your care actually taken care of, take it do a different car wash. The price will be the same but for a better service. I personally am not going to wash it here anymore !!! Normally a good service hence the 4 stars. However today arrived bang on 0830 Saturday morning as I was out running errands and a short guy was prepping kit by the looks of it just started ranting about it being too early or something could not understand as he was mumbling. I apologised and said I thought they opened at 0830 and offered to go and come back and he just continued to mutter to himself. Suggest he speaks correctly next time and just explain that they were just not ready yet. Like I said normally good service.

I am such an awkward person, it’s my first time getting my car washed, they were so kind to me and were very understanding about my panic. 10/10

Really helpful, I wanted a full valet immediately as I was on my way to return the vehicle to the lease company...he said he couldn't do a full valet but had a look around the car for me and said I didn't need a full valet, he could do what was needed in a mini valet and a bit of extra, and he would fit me in straight away. They were really quick and thorough. The only thing they missed was the space under the false floor in the boot and they were quick to put it right when I showed it them. It was really cheap and quick, especially as I eat in the car l, park it on road and it hadnt been cleaned at all in over a year. He'd given me such good advice about what the lease company would and wouldn't charge for, and where I could sort it out if only I had a bit more time. Well deserving of the small tip I had to try more than once to get him to accept.

Rude service! I’ve arrived before other 5 cars and I was told to wait because they were “busy”, but not busy for the other cars. When questioned, the manager was absolutely rude. Not the first time I was mistreated there, but this was ridiculous. Never taking my car there again. The service is OK at best.
