Tried getting Nic pouches to stop smoking today. Cashier says it’s only for 25+ then he gets the manager and they say the same thing. When I go at night, it’s easy. Get some brain cells lads and stop being idiotic pricks

Abulsate shocking behaviour of staff at subway and petrol station counter. Rude rude ignorant staff. The BP never responds to your complain, abuslately disgraceful staff. In my opinion either the staff are underpaid or they have cultural issues, whichever but I will never be visiting this petrol pump again. People should avoid this place, the staff are very very rude and disgraceful. He is Abuslte disgrace the man with beard at counter and lady named Sonia.Also their subway staff are pathetically unprofessional and disgrace to the place. Their pump staff are no different absulate disgrace to business

Don't visit this place twice in the same day. Slammed me with a parking fine for entering on the first time and leaving on the second. ANPR doesnt work. Only filmed me entering the first time and leaving the second. Appeals process absolutely useless.

Overpriced

Good car wash and huge Spar

Petrol is 10p more a litre than other nearby stations and the shop side of the business is shockingly overpriced. Won't be using this petrol station again.

I am a regular customer and have been using this BP petrol station for the last 5 years, mainly for taxi work. My fellow taxi-driver colleagues have often told me about rude behaviour by staff at this site, but until today I never experienced it myself and didn’t fully believe it. Unfortunately, today it happened to me, and I now realise they were right. I had a very upsetting interaction with a staff member named Sonia. I simply asked how much I owed for fuel. My car was parked straight at the pump and clearly visible from the main glass, and she could see which pump I was using. I politely explained that I have weak eyesight and asked for help, but instead of assisting, she told me to go outside, check the pump number, and come back. Her tone was rude and completely unprofessional. What shocked me most was her comment: “This is not India or Pakistan.” I found this remark racist, offensive, and unacceptable. I remained calm and respectful and only asked for basic customer service. When I told her that this was not the proper way to speak to a customer, her behaviour continued in an unprofessional manner. After being a loyal customer for years, this experience is extremely disappointing. Because of this incident, I will no longer use this petrol station, and neither will many of my taxi-driver colleagues who fuel here regularly. BP should take this complaint seriously and ensure staff treat all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of background.

Toilet always out of order ,i complain the council they will visit soon the place !!!!

High prices but there are chocolate bars. I dunno how to review a BP garage tbh

Huge variety of food and drink, deffo worth a stop if you’re in the area and need a break

!!! Beware they have cameras to spot people driving off without paying for fuel but they don’t use the system properly so people get fined even if they pay, I can prove I paid but they don’t answer the phone or respond to their email. Automated fine system with no humans to interact with if there is an error. I’m going to get my fuel from elsewhere from now on.
