I first got Alex’s details after a friend recommended his headlight restoring services which he was really impressed by, and, I am pleased to say, as was I. I’ve since had Alex back to do a full valet, polish and apply a winter protection to my glass and wheels. To say my car was mucky is an understatement, full of accumulated dust from months of neglect, as well as remnants of garden waste, it was in a shameful state. Despite this, Alex was all to happy to dive in and start sorting it for me, when I returned at the end of the day I was nothing short of amazed, a gleaming, immaculate car inside and out, which a day previous didn’t seem would be possible to ever see again! I’ve been sure to book Alex back in as soon as possible to have a go at my work vehicle which too could do with some paint correction and headlight work. With such a high standard of work and very reasonable prices, I really didn’t need to think twice. I’ve been sure to take some business cards too so i can pass them on to anyone who asks, or even if they don’t!

Alex was recommended by a neighbour & has just done a fabulous job of preparing our car to hand back to the lease company. Four years of neglect and grubby child detritus gone in a few hours, and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using him again to keep our new car in better shape!

Alex restored my daughter’s car headlights and the difference is just amazing! We could not believe how crystal clear the results are. They look like a brand new set of lights! The weather wasn’t the best (typical rainy Yorkshire) but Alex set up a small tent to protect his work and the car. We will be using Alex again and I will not hesitate to recommend him highly. Brilliant flexible service and brilliant results. The inside of my car was looking drab and dreary with finger prints and scuff marks, and the headlights were fogged. Reflective Desire came out this afternoon and did a very thorough interior clean and refurbished the lights, now it looks and feels like I'm inside a new car. Absolutely thrilled.

Alex is not only a wizard with his detailing. He is a genuine bloke who did my headlights I was amazed at the difference and he saved me hundreds of pounds. i was convinced I had to buy new ones highly recommended

A absolute pleasure meeting Alex, such a great helpful and funny guy with excellent work carried out. My Nissan juke Nismo looks fantastic now he’s had his way with it. First of all my headlights were in a terrible state you couldn't even see the bulbs, they was that discolored and hazy. I saw an advert on Facebook regarding cleaning them from Reflective Desire. I looked at some examples of headlights that had been cleaned on there website and was impressed. I texted them to get a price and was more than happy with the amount. Got booked in straight away, they came to the house which is great service... It only took him a couple of hours and the results was outstanding. I was gob smacked don't know how he got all the marks and discolouring out but they look brand new and saved me buying new headlights (£350). My car looks fantastic and now im happy with how it looks. I would 100% recommend this company and I'm going to book a valet with them... Also my neighbour came out whilst he was clearing them & was so impressed with the results he wants his doing.... A+ company.... A honest & friendly personal... Fantastic results... I cannot recommend highly enough! I very foolishly spilt a full can of paint in a brand new car (picture attached)… RD came out within an hour of the call and completely saved my skin. There is no evidence there was ever any paint there! Would wholeheartedly recommend. Alex is also a top human being.
