Diamond Car Sales & Car Wash

Been going for years. They usually do a good job, but watch out with the prices. Board stated £12 for an suv, but just paid £15 for an suv. Complete lack of transparency. Very disappointed.

The last twice I've took my very small car here, I've ended up having to finish off the sills and windows and mirrors myself. This last time I literally drove across the road where the field is at the first junction and waited till it was totally dry to see what they'd missed. Ended up having to get my own spray cleaner out and finish sills/ windows and mirrors yet again. I wouldn't mind but the price is higher now and within 24 hours it's filthy again without any rain and my road is a quiet road so not picking up excessive passing dust. So I'll take a guess they're not using any form of wax now. The onsite manager was always very friendly and made sure the job was thoroughly done. He now looks stressed and didn't act positively towards me when I said I wasn't happy this last time. Twice now they've not used the sponge on my car. First time I convinced myself I must have somehow missed it. But this time I purposely watched properly. Place was rammed...squirted water then foam.. moved me on..did wheels..moved up a bit more and added more foam but no sponge...then washed off... Gaffer used some showroom shine kind of spray at last minute and was adamant he watches them all... I'll be going back to canklow every fortnight now with all our 10 vehicles ( 2 cars and 8 vans).. so your sloppiness has just lost you a lot of brass over a year...

Had mini valet. They left me sat there for ages had to go ask when are they doing my car. The manager just said we are very busy washing cars, said yes and Im one of them. He eventually sent a guy to valet my car. Took ages and there were bits he had missed inside and out. Won't go again

Have been going to this car wash for years and always had excellent service. They were quiet today but the service wasn’t as good as usual. Wing mirrors were left soapy and price had rocketed from last time ….. couldn’t see how they got to £12 for standard wash of an average sized car. May have to start going elsewhere

Staff are rude, and they don’t treat customers well. I asked for super valet but they did mini valet. Didn’t clean the car well either, there were a few stains left. I don’t recommend it

Always do a decent job. Choose the right time and it's very quick too.....

Avoid!! Used to be one of the best car washes but not anymore. Avoid unless you want to leave with your car dirtier than when you drove in. Guy sprayed mud all over my baby seat, inside of the doors, back of the drivers passenger seat and the roof interior while spraying the inside the doors. When I noticed and told the guy he tried to say he hadn’t sprayed the door while I’d been sitting in the car then his mate laughed at me. They said they would clean it but got angry with me when I said the roof was still muddy. Started shouting aggressively in Arabic. Me and my partner have been using this car wash for years and never had a problem before but today the customer service was disrespectful and very disappointing. I left with the car still muddy!! I will not be back. Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!!

I don't visit as frequent, but my latest trip to get my 4x4 cleaned wasn't the best experience. I was shocked that the price had gone up yet again from £8 to £10. I wouldn't mind if they did a thorough job, but there was green mould around all the window seals which I doent an hour cleaning myself, and they don't go that extra mile to get in all the nooks and crannies. May look elsewhere from now on. Update - took BMW coupe this morning, price has gone up again from £7 to 8. Then I took my EX30 Volvo and that has gone up from £8 to £10. What really cheesed me off was that tyre shine is now £2 extra on top. They had 2 guys that didn't have a Scoovy how to finish off with Chamry leathers. High time I found somewhere else that does a better job and value for money
