😄 Fantastic car wash! The attention to detail was amazing, and the staff did a brilliant job. The car looks fresh, shiny, and well cared for. Friendly service and great results — highly recommended!

I would not trust this business with a vehicle again! Firstly, I was quoted £30 for a valet, yet my card was charged £35 without any explanation. I only noticed it at the point of payment and had to challenge it before £5 was reluctantly handed back in cash.. The real issue is the condition my car was returned in. The infotainment touchscreen now has visible scratches across it that were not there when I dropped the car off. I have clear photographic evidence taken shortly beforehand showing the screen in perfect condition. This damage is not minor and is likely to result in a costly repair. When I raised this immediately, my concerns were completely dismissed. The manager showed no interest in properly inspecting the issue, repeatedly wiped the screen, and insisted only water and cloths are used. There was no accountability, no investigation, and no apology. What stood out most was the complete lack of responsibility and disregard for a customer’s property. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this service and if you do use them, make sure you take photos of your vehicle before!

Very good and fast service. Prices are reasonable. Usually wash within 30-40 mins so enough time to do shopping or gym. Would recommend

Took my car here this morning and asked for “ just a wash”. Returned 20mins later to collect and was told it was £9. When I queried this I was told they had done a wash, wax and dry. I explained I had only asked for a wash. The owner became quite nasty and tried to bully me into paying more and then one of his staff joined in and kept saying “ same last time”. I have used this service a few times before over the years but have never disputed the bill before. I told him this and said I resented being accused of lying. I will not be using this service again. Yes my car looked well and they had done a good job and I would happily have paid £9 if that was what I had asked for but I don’t expect to be bullied and accused of lying.

Pulled up to ask about a wash, got shrugged at by a vacant looking teenage member of their staff, then one of the staff pulled a vehicle into my blind spot and honked at me as if expecting me to be psychic. I just drove off and went to the car wash at Wadsley Bridge, because at least them lot can communicate like normal human beings. Perhaps the blokes at Fox Valley were tired and emotional it being the weekend.

I’ve used these guys for years now for various cars and they have always done a fantastic job and always so friendly!

Excellent car wash and/or valet whichever I choose to have, always comes back spotless.

Make sure you use the exact words on the list of options otherwise they will decide to do a more expensive option and charge you for it.

Called in today started wash straight away I have a small car but was charged£10 not happy Looked around when I got home lots of dirty streaks and missed sections Not going again No other cars waiting staff just sat around got a 15 minute wash

Requested a simple wash. What I got in return was a damaged roof which is going to cost £250 to repair! Confronted them, & they simply did not want to know, & pointed to their ‘conditions of use’ board which basically indemnifies them against absolutely everything! 😡

Very unfriendly staff sat down not doing a lot until I got out the car to ask if they were open! They charged me for a 4x4 which my car is not and although they did wash the car well there were lots of drips down the car when I got home. Won’t use again
