Absolutely shocking by far the worst company I’ve used, my Hyundai went in with a broken wing mirror came out with still a broken wing mirror and all the centre console was broken, terrible attitude from the Directors of the company. BEWARE of this company

Friendly and helpful staff

Nominated by insurer from the third party that crashed into me, they did an outstanding repair on my 6 month old MINI Cooper S. It looks just like it did when I collected it for the first time. Updates throughout and expectations made from the get go, pick up and drop off service, excellent.

Excellent service from fix auto matlock, did a fabulous job on my car and kept me up to date as the repair was being carried out, so we'll done to all at matlock and thank you.

Having had an artic lorry swipe into me on the passenger side my x4 was ruined despite emotional upset these guys made my car factory fresh what an amazing team totally blew me away on collection day thank you so much guys much love Mark ❤️

I unfortunately hit a pothole with my car. My car was taken to Fix Autos on a truck. After feeling abandoned by other companies and not being kept in the loop of what to do. Unfortunately my car was written off. Fix Autos were fantastic, they were reassuring, gave me advice and even chased companies where I couldn't get anywhere. The communication was outstanding. A great team of people. I wouldn't hesitate in using their company. Thank you.

Car fixed and returned when they said it would be done by, good communication from the office staff keeping me up to date on what was going on. My only slight negative is that the car wasn't returned clean. Muddy footprints on the back of the front seats that wasn't my kids doing (much bigger feet / shoes) and it looked like someone had attempted to clean the outside of the car, got bored and just left the rest (like when the time runs out on a jet wash machine).

Do not recommend, car got sent here due to a accident. They did not repair the car correctly, they left my centre console all loose and sticking out, my back seats was not put back into place properly and broke the clip, they put the wrong back lights in the car not LEDs, they never put the boot lid back in properly it was off and everytime I hit a rough patch in the road the boot lid would rattle, would not recommend.

Fixed my car 1 week earlier than estimated and even delivered the car to my door. No complaints!

I can't comment on their workmanship, however I waited two months for my repair date only to be contacted a few days before to be told that I will have to wait a further two months due to staffing problems. I went elsewhere and had my car repaired within a week. I can not recommend this firm.

Absolutely amazing on every level I can believe how I was updated most days with how the work was being done the staff are a credit to the company each and every one and thanks for a hassle free experience and my car looks amazing thanks

Before and after of my car says everything needed. Customer service is the best going. None of the delays were the fault of fix auto. Despite my insurer being terrible the staff at fix auto were a total pleasure to deal with. The car was ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise and the 2 unclipped bits of trim will be sorted without drama as soon as I can get it there next week. I chose to use Fix Auto from seeing previous work on my dad's car. The fact I didn't need to deal with Enterprise at any point was fantastic too. These guys are 100% and go above and beyond with customer service. Anyone going in to have a car repaired needs to realise that the insurance company and parts supply are what cause issues and delays. Many thanks for getting my car back to me as quickly as you did. Would recommend to anyone needing body repairs.
