Had car valeted on the 25/4/23 daughter paid £140 for me as a Xmas gift car was reasonably cleaned inside side of rear seats still had dirt on plus door rubbers and generally just looked like it had had a quick clean Exterior was not as good im afraid 😔 wing mirrors / windscreen plus bumpers and lights still had dead insect remains on / lifted boot and round hinges etc not cleaned,lower window rubbers still got green moss on , just looked like it had had a quick wash im not impressed and certainly not worth the money paid Gutted never again

Absolute magicians! Now I’ve had my car washed by many people in the past as I just don’t get the time to clean it with having small children but no one has ever cleaned it as well as these guys. I always thought that The Detailing Detectives were out of my price range but the car was in a terrible state so I thought I’d call them to sort it out and I was not disappointed. They did a tremendous job and I’ll be having them back again. You can tell these guys love what they do and don’t try and clean as quick as they can just to get on to the next job. I bought a car which had heavy smoke smell.Our local garage gave the contact details for Craig of Detailing detectives. When contacted Craig was pleasant and thoroughly professional. He advised me ozone treatment rather than valeting. Had a first treatment didn’t take a payment.Whilst waiting for 2nd treatment with Ozone, the car broke down and I returned the car back to Cazoo. Craig refused to take any payment even though I insisted and I was so impressed in current day and age of such professionalism.. I will strongly recommend him and will use him for any car detailing work in future.

cleaned our polo and did an excellent job. The guy asked which bit annoyed me the most and paid particular attention to that area (a very hard to clean part of the interior) and the end job was fantastic.
