Waves Hand Car Wash Mansfield Chesterfield

Excellent experience — great new management! I visited Waves Car Wash today and was so impressed with the new team. They did an absolutely brilliant job — cleaned my car perfectly inside and out, with so much care and attention to every little detail. The staff were very friendly, polite, and respectful, and the price was really reasonable too. If you want your car looking its best, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d highly recommend them to everyone.

Booked car in for a full Monty clean! £65 I expected it to be immaculate! It wasn’t! Boot still had sand and dog hair! My leather seats had all crumbs in the grooves and it hadn’t been hoovered! Inside the door, kids had left a half eaten lolly, I’d removed the lolly but it hadn’t been cleaned, it was all sticky, none of the doors had been wiped out! Round the gear box hadn’t been hoovered or cleaned! I did take it back and they hoovered the seats. Wouldn’t waste my money or time again! Ended up hoovering and wiping it down myself! Wish we’d gone to Shiny.

Amazing under the new management. Waves Mansfield has certainly been revamped. I had my car cleaned and ready in time. Friendly guys on site with quality and efficient service. I will certainly be visiting again soon.

Booked an appointment online for no one to be there when I turned up. I rang the number on the website, answered by someone clearly still in bed. Said he would contact the person who was supposed to be there but didn’t contact me back. Don’t waste your time!

First and last time I'll use this place, the boot looked like it hadn't been touched inside, still dirt on the handbrake and the middle console £40 for a shiny exterior... absolute rip off!!!

I took my VW Transporter to be cleaned inside and outside they wanted £90 only wanted it cleaned not gold plated

First time using Waves at Tescos Chesterfield Road. First class job, really pleased and would definitely recommend.
