Good reliable service and not too pricey, I visit regularly for both exterior and internal cleans and they've never let me down. Their time estimates tend to be pretty spot on, it's never been more than five minutes later than their estimate. Frequently seems to be cash-only, but there's a cashpoint just a few steps away.

I usually used their inside and out car wash services for 16 pounds and today I went there and being told that the service prices will change and the service I used to receive now is 40 pounds, how can a price change from 16 or 18 to 40 pounds, I can only guess that they didn’t want to wash my car because I am Turkish, nothing else I can think of, well after I left them I found a car wash cost me 12 pounds. Very unprofessional.

I visited on 29/01/22 to get my car washed as I was due to have a baby soon and this was my last chance to get it done. I was told to come back in two hours, which I did. They still hadn't washed my car, and were surprised that so much time had elapsed. They asked me to come back in 40 mins. I did, they had washed the car as asked, charged £25 for but the card machine wasn't working and so I paid in cash, I wasn't offered a receipt. I now have a parking charge notice for exceeding the maximum stay period, and will have to pay a further £30. I'm absolutely disgusted by the service, and by the fact I have to pay this charge due to their incompetence.

Had my car cleaned here earlier in the week and the guys were brilliant. The car was in a pretty bad way from my husky and her infinite amount of hair she sheds, but the guys had it looking brand new by the time they were done. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed...Left my car for an external wash only when back an hour later it had not been washed they said I did not leave the car keys with them...😕 The keys were in their office...won't be going again 👎👎👎

Asked for a gold wash (£30) but the gentleman I spoke to said he would only do a platinum which is double the price. He said this was due to dog hair. I explained that I don't care about the dog hair and just wanted a basic vacuum and wash but he refused and would only do a platinum.

If you want you car washed without being scratched, your interior mats being wrecked and the clips that hold the mats in place to not be ripped out and broken then go anywhere else.

I had to ask the staff member to keep his cigarette away from my car but he smoked in my car regardless. Windows were dirtier when I left than when I went in. I had great service here once a few months ago which is why I returned but I won't be going back there again.

Abusive customer service. I paid £44 for the car to be cleaned and the car was damaged. I asked for a receipt (not a refund!) so I could prove I paid for the service. The man became aggressive and confrontational. I got the receipt and went to my car. The manager then proceeded to open my car door and frighten me. Lone women beware!

Paid £35.00 to get my car cleaned inside and outside. I've ended up wiping around the door frames and around the boot as not wiped. The carpet under the front seat weren't hoovered. Don't even get Tesco clubcard points and they only accept cash!!!

Place is a joke ,rude staff,and prices are high.

Terrible service. Paid for a gold service clean on Sunday at 2.30pm. Arrived at waves for 2.25 and said it was closed stayed for 20 minutes and still no one was there. Rang them up the next day and they fit me in. No apology or explanation as to why they were closed. They said it would take an hour (I paid for 1hr30). When I went back to pickup my car they said I needed to pay as when I paid through the app for Sunday they cancelled it as i 'didn't turn up'. Overall I booked a good service clean that should have cost me £20 for Sunday. I received a clean that was shorter in time than expected and cost me £25. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Generally looked OK. Still dirty under roof rails. Door cills not cleaned. Offhand staff.
