Use to always go here with my campervan but not anymore, last 2 times I've been they have put the price up and don't dont clean it as they use to do. I always pull up on the roadside once done to check it, both times I've had to get my clothes out and finish off places they have missed. Sorry guys but I won't be returning anymore for half a job doing. You've lost our custom now.

Went to go get my car cleaned in and out and they refused so clean it because they said they were short staffed however there was 4 men there and only cleaning two cars, no que. They cleaned the persons car behind me and I said I was happy to wait as I don’t have time to travel to another car wash and the man the just walked away. I also have a baby with me so time is very limited. Do not recommend.

Very bad service

Prices not as advertised. I was told the price would be more than advertised due to the mess in the car. We are taking about 2 Tommy spinners and a few blades of grass in the driver footwell carpet. Nothing a vacuum wouldn’t shift in a few seconds. It seems unless your car is pristine you will pay more, but then why go for it cleaning? I went to nearby Oakwell Hand Car Wash. They charged £5 less for a great job. They also got my £5 Christmas tip. I’ll be taking my business there in future.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for over 7 years, and they’ve never disappointed! The staff are always friendly, the service is quick and professional, and my car always comes out spotless. I stopped at this car wash today to get my small car cleaned inside and out. The sign clearly said £20 for a small car. One of the workers asked me to step outside so he could look at the car. He could see that I had already emptied everything from inside, and it only needed a hoover and a quick wipe. Then he told me it would be £25 instead of £20. When I asked why, he said it was because the car was “dirty” — which left me quite shocked, since that’s exactly why people go to a car wash. I thanked him and left. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unfair. Prices should be clear and consistent — not changed on the spot. I definitely won’t be returning.

I needed a quick valet of my little Fiat 500. I was quoted £80, which I thought was quite expensive, but he said it would look as good as new. Best car wash in town, I always have my car valeted here once a week and they always do a good job, I highly recommend.

very impressed, they went above and beyond to please, excellent job and worth every penny. my van had green mould on the top and even inbetween the roof rack they was up on top of my van and braught it back to perfection

The price is not as stated. My husband came here a few months ago and was quoted £50 for a £25 valet. Yesterday, I was quoted £45 for the same. A neighbour I have just spoken to said he was quoted £100. Avoid at all costs!

regular customer, but won't go back. Prices change with every visit and quality is worse each time. I just had an inside out. Marks on all windows, hoovering wasn t done properly as there are still bits and pieces all over
