Shocking customer service experienced at this petrol station. Was sat in my car after paying at the till for mere seconds and the old Indian lady comes running out and says I'm hogging the pump. She always talks so rudely, never has a positive attitude with customers, God knows how she a job there.

Refused to serve me for diesel even they had diesel but no petrol. All because everyone panic buying AGAIN!!!!!

I am not happy because I refueled the car to the full and the second time I could not scan the card for points😡

Shocking customer service! Male attendant shouted at me for a mistake he made and then wanted paying again, saying it like I stole the order? Sounded like he wanted paying twice to pocket the cash. Shouldn’t work in in such a public job with attitude like that. Won’t ever use this store or Shell again

I still don’t understand why there is a charge for pumping the tyres and even if why it is £1. It is a bit too much.

The staff are rude and are unwilling to help you. My car was stuck for 10 minutes as I couldn’t get it started and instead of helping or even showing any compassion they insisted on me pushing my car onto the main road. On top of that some of the staff can barely speak English. Very poor!

Dont use these profiteering at its finest in the space of 32 hours diesel gone up 10p to £185.9 moat expensive around burton no wonder the forecourt looks empty nothing like ripping customers off when using same stuff they purchased months ago 100% guarantee when prices drop they keep em high for as long as poss

Put fuel in my bike and then noticed that my hand was covered in black stuff told the woman behind the counter She shrugged her shoulders at me and so did the man that was stood next to her no sorry would you like to wash your hands, nothing absolutely disgraceful then I had to put my £200 gloves on so now they are wrecked do not use this petrol station.

Some pumps only dispense premium fuel but there is no clear signage to indicate this. The only indication is some discreet labelling on the nozzles.

Tried to use Pay at Pump via the shell app a few times at this place and although it initially gets accepted it soon gets cancelled for some strange reason. I’m guessing the shop doesn’t get paid for taking the transaction if it goes through the app or they just want customers going into the shop to purchase something.

Abysmal car wash won’t ever go back

Beware, thieves work at this station. I came to pick up my parcel, the person working there said that my parcel was not there. When I returned after a while and showed proof that the package had been delivered to the gas station, the person at the station handed me the package, which had been opened.

Yesterday 7pm my car is breakdown in front of station one of staff Natalie help me for water filling she is very kind Thank you very much Natalie

Very annoyed. Pulled up needing petrol advertised 146.9 charged 165.9. Utterly outragous and i am very dissapointed and very bery angry

Avoid! Be aware of the fraud! They show wrong prices on street display. Advert price is 167.9 and the actual price in my invoice is 185.9.

Maybe not a good idea to deliver your click & collect there as it mysteriously dissappears

I arrived at MFG Horninglow Service Station to refuel my vehicle. I utilised Shell's app to initiate the transaction. As I began refuelling, I was interrupted by a barely audible and distorted announcement over the public address system. Due to the poor audio quality, I was unable to comprehend the message clearly. Consequently, I put the pump back, approached the kiosk to seek clarification from the attendant, who was present at the time. However, her response was barely intelligible, except for her statement that the app payment method was not accepted at the location. After I resumed the refuelling process and completed it successfully, I proceeded to the kiosk to settle my payment using Apple Pay. I paid the outstanding balance. To my disappointment, upon reviewing my bank account, I discovered an unauthorised debit of c£2 by Shell, which had been processed immediately. Determined to resolve this issue, I requested assistance from the attendant to obtain a refund for this erroneous charge. Shockingly, she adamantly refused to process the refund, consistently reiterating that the app was not functional at their establishment. Despite presenting evidence of the transaction and the deduction from my account, the attendant dismissed my concerns and assured me that "they" would rectify the situation. My repeated attempts to seek clarification regarding the identity of "they" proved futile, and the attendant displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. Moreover, she demanded that I vacate the area to accommodate other customers. When I refused to move because they'd overcharged me she proceeded to engage in a loud telephone conversation I couldn't understand because I didn't recognise the language, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Adding to the absurdity, when she got off the phone, she suggested involving the police (!), despite my simple request for a refund of c£2.

Very expensive I don’t believe why costumer attended at this place price for a fuel like highway 1.69.9 p per diesel unloaded prices to high for a fuel ⛽️ I don’t recommend I avoid everyone don’t go to this place
