Crystal Car Wash

Make sure you take all your valuables out of the car! I left the car with them while i went to do a bit of shopping and realised later that evening that my sat nav and car camera were missing (they were placed in the middle storage box between the seats) At that stage i assumed they had taken out the middle storage box to clean and had just forgot to put it back in. The next day lockdown happened so i spent a couple of days driving by just to make sure they weren't open and then spent a couple more days making sure i hadn't misplaced the items myself and double checking the car and the house. No sat nav or car cam and because the whole box had been removed it makes sense that they removed it during cleaning as i have never removed the whole storage box. I wrote a letter and posted it through the door asking them to contact me to return the items but they deny everything. Might be the workers and not the company. I might be wrong but i doubt it!

Upon moving to my new neighborhood, I found a local car wash that I frequented, appreciating their good work and friendly team. However, my last visit left a sour taste. Despite my car being a mid-sized model, which I'd always paid £8 for, the staff insisted it was 'large' and charged me £10. I tried to reason with them, but to no avail. This abrupt change felt unjustified and appeared to be a mere money-making tactic. Disappointed, I've not returned since.

Easy to get to location. Friendky Not always the best job. Inside cleaning is better than the outside.

Was better pre-pandemic. Reasonably priced. However, the really unusual observation was that the car driving mode had been changed to Sport and the odometer had been zero’d - had they driven it further than 20 metres is the question? The car had the odour of vomit but they tried to cover it up with a free air freshener. I’m not going here again

They do a great job At this car wash.

Been going for a number of years and run by the same couple. They always do a good job both inside and out. Can get busy particularly at weekends.

Pro: it’s cheap and they do a good-okay job Con: I still had some minor spots on the windscreen and the bonnet after the car wash (admittedly my car was very soiled to being with)

Arrived in the filthiest, grey/black Golf. 9 months under the sappiest trees. Pretty sure boss man pulled a whole branch out from around the windscreen. So embarrassed. Left with the most beautiful, shiniest silver car and a big grin on my face. These guys were awesome, had a good giggle. 11/10. Lovely place, incredible service. I'll be back ♥️

Had my Honda C-rv washed inside and had the inside done, quick turn around and a very good job. Nice and clean inside and out. The staff are kind, polite and work so hard to make your car so clean.

Just tried this carwash, yet I am dissapointed. I paid £25 for a superficial job. They haven't even cleaned between the front seats, nor have they vacuumed my boot, neither the juice drip off my board. I wish I could attach photos to show you. I won't be returning, that's a fact. The staff are friendly though.

Ok, car wash but missed a lot dirt stile on car & missed some of the boot vacuuming, especially for £25 it wasn't one of my favourite car wash places

I'm giving you 1 star, because your workers are notoriously spraying water onto pedestrians. It is accidental, but could be avoided by never pointing the spray guns towards the direction of the pavement.

Outside hadn’t all been soaped, didn’t clean the boot, seats had been hoovered really quickly and was left very disappointed, having just paid £20.

Have used this place for years to clean car after using it for tip runs. Always pleasant. Stoped by an hour after initial cleaning to get a receipt and they were horrified that I had parked someplace muddy inbetween and they insisted they had to clean the mud off the tires and body!

Locking wheel nut and tools taken from boot while I was still sitting in the car - recently they changed ownership used to be good - DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH 100% know they were in the boot a week ago 😡 not been anywhere else !
