Absolutely useless had my car "valeted" there today and the wheels were still filthy,they didn't do the inside of the windscreen or inside the boot channels,didn't clean the vents and even broke 2 of my vents,one just spins round now and the other won't go from left to right,didn't find out until later when I used the air con...I paid £60 for the platinum wash and it came back still dirty and even broken!! Added some photos as proof of there "work"

Excellent service, took around 45 minutes and cleaned the car top to bottom inside and out including the wheel trims and all the little storage areas inside. Every single detail cleaned and left sparkling. No streaks or water marks on the windows or mirrors. Men were very friendly and professional. New air freshener and a car smell sprayed into the car on finishing. All for £20. Coffee offered whilst waiting in the seating area. Couldn't ask for any better!!

Booked online for a wash and clean inside, drove to the site to find that it was closed (although all of the signage around the Tescos said it was open) No communication after I made my booking! No way to really contact anyone (there is a ‘if you don’t turn up we will charge you’ policy - I had no idea if that charge would’ve automatically applied! Was looking to make this a regular thing as I now do my weekly shop at Tescos. Won’t be trying again!!

Reopened again a while back with a fiver off top tier valets. Pricing is simply hilarious. Seem to be closed again, as last few times I've been within opening hours, it's been shut with noone there. Info desk in Tesco said they've had a lot of people asking when it would be open again

Good group of lads, my car hadn’t been washed for a while due to the hosepipe ban but it now looks as good as the day I got it. They completely cleaned both the inside and out. They’ve set a good standard here and they were all extremely polite and friendly. Thanks everyone for sorting me out in just a half hour.

Had my car valeted on the 1st august. Costing me a mega £70. When I picked it up they said to leave engine running an hr with heating full blast which I did. After was still wet thru so took it back on the Friday after work and they tried to fob me off. Saying it will dry. Waited till the following Tuesday as the smell was horrendous. Damp dirty water smell that I could not get rid of. Took it back and said they needed to re do it but they needed 3hrs!!! Only day I had was today Sunday 13tg august so took it at 9am went to pick up at 12pm and car was still wet thru… I’ve now got my money back but still got a smelly wet thru car and no diesel left!!!!! KEEP AWAY
