no foam, 2 doesnt work

First time use, tried 2 out of 3 bays nothing happened. Kept saying Select option (something similar) but card reader not doing anything. No message on the panel thats its out or order. So, im assuming it’s not working. Edit: Logged a ticket with MFG fingers crossed it will get look at ASAP. Edit: went today 23/08/25. This morning saw bay 1 & 2 someone washing their car. So in the afternoon went to was mine. 2 mins pressure wash may sound plenty but its not if you have a grand coupe car. The hose pipe of the pressure and brush not long enough, could do with another 2 meters. But its reasonable when its there a hose pipe band in you area. And you want to wash tour own car.
