This is third time i have been disturbed with Till person to night which wearing lens glasses.To be honest this was out of limit. I am retail employer as well i has been working nearly 8 years. So incident happened with me that, i went to the shop for coolant ,I tried to find out which one i used to buy. I am taking some seconds.He started criticising with me that your are blind etc. Secondly i told him are you sure this is ok for all car ,He said yes without checking or without knowledge. I got confused and i did check my manual book. His yes was wrong. Any way the Standard of behaviour is very poor. I just considered my last two bad things what happened with me with same guy. I am deeply concern the store manager to guide this staff and give him some training ,Specially customer service and Behavioural training as well.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received from an employee named Ali at the Shell petrol station in Darnall, which recently started operating as a Relay parcel collection point. After receiving a notification that my parcel had arrived and was ready for collection, I immediately went to the station to collect it. However, Ali appeared unwilling to properly assist me. He searched for the parcel very briefly and then insisted that it was not there. He repeatedly told me that I needed to contact the delivery company instead. Following his advice, I contacted Relay customer support right away. I returned to the station the next day, but once again Ali claimed that my parcel was not there. This situation continued for three consecutive days, causing me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and inconvenience. Eventually, when a manager was present at the station, the issue was resolved within minutes. The manager simply scanned the QR code and immediately located my parcel and handed it to me. This clearly demonstrated that the parcel had been there the entire time and that Ali either did not know how to properly handle parcel collections or was unwilling to assist customers correctly. I find this level of service highly disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to repeatedly visit the collection point and contact customer support because of an employee’s negligence or lack of training. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action and additional staff training will be provided to prevent similar situations from happening to other customers in the future. Lovely staff always friendly. My wallet dropped out my pocket while in the garage and Ali 1 of the staff members picked it me up before anyone could take it and kept it safe for me until I went back the next day. All my cards and money was all stilling there untouched. Your a legend pal very trustworthy and honest.

Very rude staff

Asked the crank behind counter to scan my shell loyalty app. Said I need to do the purchase first then scan. Thinks I was born yesterday! The guy was a crank! Didn't get my loyalty points and had to bite my tongue and walk out. I encourage anyone to stay away from this Shell! Probably robbing your points!

I fuel up here daily, they think im crazy

Just been to wash my car No foam in the brush and my car was still dirty. Told the guy on the till and he said there is nothing they can do amd wouldn't return my money.

Stay clear of the place, staff, need to go back to school and learn some manners.

The diesel pump was making a sound, took the nozzle out a little to see what it was getting poured into the tank, it looked very Bubbly, seems like it's contaminated with water. Lucky only put in just over a litre and stopped.

The issue that I have experienced was: Extremely rude staff!! I pulled up to fill my car 11/01/24 at between 5:30am and 5:45am as I got out my car to fill the guy inside the petrol station over the speaker told me to come inside before I filled up, I thought why? So I went inside anyway to be told that the colour of my car doesn’t match the registration plate!!! I said to the guy yes it does its green and has always been green. He stood arguing the toss with me about his system tells him different so I said well your system must be wrong then and said can I go fill my car or not? He asked how much I was filling up and how I was paying so I told him. I then went out filled my car. When I went back inside to pay I brought up the Government website to check cars tax and MOT on my phone where you can put In your registration plate and it brings up your car details to prove to him that his system must be wrong. Well he wasn’t having any of it and wouldn’t look at the cars details displayed on my phone. He then starts saying that I don’t have to be rude!!! Like what planet is this guy on how is me showing you that you’re wrong being rude??? He then allowed a customer to verbally abuse me inside the petrol station. His attitude was absolutely appalling. I mean who wants to deal with that at that time in a morning while on your way to work. Shell you really need to sort this guy out!!!

I visited your petrol station on Greenland Road in Sheffield at 12.15 on the 22/9/23. In trying to put diesel into my car I was refused and a shouted me over the intercom in a packed fuel court, in enter the petrol station which was packed I was accused of a drive off and owned them 150 pound, in explaining regarding I'd bought the car and never had the same issue in any other shell petrol station. I was the surround by 3 of your staff members. Till I paid. In explaining the issue I was told its going to be the same in every shell petrol station. If this is the case I want the proof of the drive off. I will no longer be use any shell forecourt and I will be putting this all over social media. I was also approached by another young lad saying they had just accused him of the same in is brand new vw

Running on empty made an emergency stop here put to put £13 petrol in as it’s what I had to hand and the needle didn’t rise at all and the car ran out of petrol just before we got to next petrol station less than a mile down the road won’t be visiting here again just been robbed of £13 for not a drop of petrol
