Don’t use this as parcel pick up, 2nd time my parcel says delivered and staff say it’s lost, come back later they say to be told same thing. Rude staff .

Don t ever use click and collect there. 1 item got delivered went to collect but they couldn't find the parcel anywhere. 2nd item never arrived. Also dropped a fed ex parcel off here however the fed ex courier never picked it up. Had to go collect it myself and send by Royal Mail.

I live close by, was walking home and popped in for a coffee from the Costa machine and donuts as a treat. Walked out a couple steps and took a sip, it had a sour aftertaste so I went back immediately and informed them. He insisted it wasn't off and perhaps it was the syrup in it so told me to try a different coffee, I got it and sipped it in the shop and same again. He then told me it's just my taste and he's had no complaints this morning and that he can't do a refund. Only his manager can who is there 9am- 11am and I'll have come back tomorrow or another time for a refund or take the coffee and leave. I said I didn't want the coffee as it tastes foul and I'm not leaving to get a refund on a different day as I'm travelling and won't be back for a week. I asked if he's seriously been left alone in the shop not being able to do a refund? He then told me that if I'd had a refund after the first coffee he would have done it but now I've had two that he won't do one because he'd have to pay for the coffees. It was only resolved because two men came in got coffees and asked what was wrong with the machine as they over heard the conversation, I told them, they asked if he could open up the machine which he did (told me he couldn't do so previously) they confirmed that it smelt off and they don't want theirs. They leave and the guy gives me a refund in cash (I paid with card) and informed me not to come back ever again which is fine with me. I get home go to eat one of the donuts and it was rock hard, literally could tap my nails on the centre and hear it. Absolutely disgusting service and manners. Would like to point out that I was never rude or swore or anything just asking for a refund and he banned me for informing him of off milk

Ever since their management changed the service has improved a lot. The area is well maintained and the staff know what they are doing which made my experience much better.
