No1 Car Wash

£8 for a basic wash and dry and they don’t even open the doors to wipe down the sills. The actual wash wasn’t that great either, better places around. I have gave this another go yesterday and same result, except it’s now £9.50 for a poor wash. Big queues for a rubbish wash, the alloys are always filthy and loads missed. But what do you expect when they do it all in about 2 minutes? Go elsewhere.

Its was great car wash

Absolute garbage job, car was still dirty inside and out. Basically missed the entire passenger side mid/ lower, including both wing mirrors, front bonnet and glass roof was also dirty. Windscreen inside was wiped down by a dirty cloth and is very streaky. Infotainment was more dirty than when it went in. Doors and seats were all missed and looks like it was just hoovered inside. Tyre shine looked like it was just thrown on and is patchy looks half done. Not what I expected for the price. (Which wasn’t the cheapest)

AVOID! Just checked what they did and it was literally nothing! Sprayed foam then rinsed off. Never touched the roof, that’s still water stained. Windscreen not done properly, can still see the wiper marks - pure rubbish £10.50 for a 4 minute job and that’s being generous.

Pretty poor overall - especially for price. Your can come out really streaky - you go under a big air dryer but it just blows the water around then they wipe it but water marks and just water all over. Clean inside quite well and it’s quick. However I just wanted the inside doing as they aren’t great outside so I’d already cleaned the outside. They refused to do it unless I had outside washed. Madness. Won’t be going back.

Poor and the last time I’ll be visiting this car wash. Paid £11.50 to have my jeep ‘cleaned’ and came away needing another clean. Car wash just uses foam and a lance but no scrubbing with a sponge etc.

No 1 hand car wash??? Really!!!! These guys don't put their hands on your car until they dry it. Car came out of the wash cycle which is a pre spray then a foam jet wash, then rinse, then through a blower then hand dry the remaining remnants of water, still dirty in parts. I spoke to one of the staff and I asked him why he didn't hand wash the car and he said they"Don't ever do that" What a joke £25 for a mini valet, wouldn't mind if car was spotless and customer service was actually good. I told the guy car isn't clean he spoke to me as if I owed him something, he begrudgingly then wiped off the remaining dirt on the car. Wouldn't mind but the car was washed last week and has been parked up and got dirty from the rain so wasn't filthy. Definitely won't be coming here again. Scored 3 as they did eventually clean the car like they should off without the huff and puff. Avoid, much better car washes that actually hand wash your car and for half the price.

Been coming here for a few years with both our cars. Disappointingly the service is getting worse, I've returned with each car on occasion due to them not been cleaned properly. But I keep returning, but not anymore. Got one car washed yesterday, May 2nd, to find the half the driver door was missed and a part of a the passenger door. Just extremely poor standard.

Price up every time and service down .... they take less then 5 min and you go out with your car still dirty. Use to be a good place before now absolutely awful

Im local, been a few times to support it. Might as well go get it washed at the petrol station. They dont take car to dry, clean inside. Smudges everywhere. Horrendous service will never go back. Scam artists

Dont bother I had to wash my car when I got home, they just spray car with water and are trying to rush you through. They should be embarrased

Very poor car wash experience. The staff rush through the process and focus on speed rather than proper care. They use extremely high-pressure jet washers, which can be unsafe—especially for electric vehicles. After all , car remains uncleaned and dirty. After my wash, water had entered both the headlights and rear lights, damaging the seals. Even worse, water got into the driver’s door handle, which has now stopped working completely. I would strongly advise others, particularly electric vehicle owners, to avoid this car wash.

It’s my local car wash so to support local business I go there but almost always regret as seems waste money one they charge considerably more. Second there car wash is inadequate at best of time leave dirt bird dropping and other visible and not bothering to clean. Pictures attached are after a 26 pound wash and vacuum and multiple reminders that stains are visible still they just do a bad job. I had my other car cleaned near parswood for 18 pound same wash and vacuum and it was miles better.
