Oak Tree Car Valeting

Absolutely disappointed with the service. They said car would be ready in 50 mins came after 55 mins and trusted their work. Left the space in rush for school run and checked after reaching home (Reference pictures attached within 20 minutes of service). The doors are not wiped from inside car, can see fingerprint and dust. Even the boot door has got alot of dust on it from inside. Have spent £36 but the doors and some part of dashboard plastic is still the same. Frustrating experience. Would urge customers to check car thoroughly before leaving to make sure it's cleaned as requested.

Got a in and out clean, it was okay other than the fact that they didn’t clean the boot and one of the compartments at the front seat. They also stained one of my black front car seat with whatever cleaning solution they used. Don’t think I will use the service again.

Just had my car washed there first time. Terrible the car was not washed properly still Dirt on the bodywork. Will not be going there again. No patch on Alex valeting that closed recently at the other garden centre.

First time visiting and I'll definitely be returning. Staff were very friendly and polite and the car is now immaculate.
