If I could give zero stars I would the staff are disgusting at the way they treat customers the prices are overly high none of the staff know what there doing the food hygiene is poor my advice avoid at all costs staff are rude beyond belief its an absolute Wright off for a petrol station with them prices avoid at all costs 🤢😪

Super helpful people - were able to sort me out with a gas cylinder late at night to get my cooker and heating back on, and very cheerful with it. Very happy customer!

Management here is incredibly unprofessional, I overheard how a manager called Elissa were talking to their staff members. Something needs to change because I wouldn't stand for how they were spoken to, it's surprising that they can hold any staff members.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff are so not so much inconsiderate as they lack any form of knowledge or customer service, the one thing they are supposed to do. From having wrong pricing up to not understanding what a customer wants, if I could improve anything it is asking them to put themselves in the shoes of the customer rather than put their hands up in shock and awe when they get called out on something. The only good thing is the free cash point and the relatively modern and decently clean shop area. Other than that I'm sure the cash point will be charging you £2.99 soon. I would give a star to the collection points inside since you don't have to interact with anyone of the shop but that can't even be counted as part of the shop. Subway is run by the same clueless staff members. Avoid at all costs!
