Shell

Handy station, got all the essentials and a free cash machine. I find the fuel well priced but then again I only use Shell garages for fuel, wont put unbranded cheap fuel in my car. I work in a car repair garage and the amount of repairs we have to deal with from poor quality fuel is an eye opener, save a penny at the pump and spend few £100 in your local repair shop instead.

Was returning a parcel, the lady who was working there was polite jolly and efficient. Well stocked garage has a coffee machine and atmosphere outside.

No longer a Shell for anyone using a shell fuel card, this Maps location is useless.

This is part of the Asda Express service station. Absolutely despicable service provided here. Uncompetitive fuel pricing, staff who speak to you like dirt or waste time chatting instead of serving customers. Tried to pump up a tire here, and the machine was broken. The broken machine wouldn't give back my change, and the staff member was rude when I politely informed her of the issue. She didn't offer to have anyone look at the machine to see what was wrong or offer a refund. Now I'm down £1.50, my tire is still flat, and I was spoken to like garbage by staff. A large chain like Asda should really do better.

Petrol station is ok. The pumps are rusted and look in need of some replacements. Has a little Asda convince store for payment. Quite small but can get a few goodies etc if you need. Prices are a bit higher than supermarkets etc. but not many options nearby.

Arrived here very shortly before closing time at 22:00 and not a soul in site. Not great when low on fuel and relying on the service! Bad look for Shell!

Ordered a TooGoodToGo bag. Arrived to be told they had none left; they could have cancelled the order to save me travelling, but the single staff member working there claimed not to know how to do this. She then refused to refund me. I left my number for someone to get in touch with me about the refund, no-one bothered to call back. Eventually I had to contact TooGoodToGo themselves to get a refund. Best avoided, staff don't seem to know what they are doing and service is very poor.

Old lady with glasses so rude

Called at the garage to redeem the voucher and put the £67 on the disabled ladies pay-as-go key. The lady on the till informed me she didn't know how to use the machine then told me it was down I went back a few days later and it was still not working They told me there was a shop in Holywell High street I called and got the voucher redeemed Shell it needs fixing.Iwillno longer get fuel from there. BAD SHOW

Excellent fuel station. The staff there were very helpful. Recommend.

Pulled onto the forecourt at 21.35 and the attendant turned off all the lights. Never mind, diesel 4p a litre cheaper at Hillcrest
