Bizzy Bee Car Wash

Paid £70 for a valet (£50) and carpet clean (£20) after spilling milk in my car. Unfortunately the smell was still very strong the following day. I later found air fresheners hidden in the door which appeared to have been used to mask the smell rather than properly clean it. Another 2 professional cleaning company’s advised that the milk had not been properly extracted and that the correct wet vacuum method had not been used, so I had to pay an additional £60 for them to fix the issue. I also noticed the general valet was not completed to a good standard, as there were still mud marks on the plastic interior and debris left on the carpets I did try to resolve this directly with the business, they did offer another valet but after being very intimidating in person I was unhappy to return. They refused to offer any partial refund. I would be happy to update this review if the situation is resolved.

Amazing Service from all the lads and Karl on Vallet - car is spotless.. as clean and shiny as when I first bought it and picked it up. Very useful when your having a shop 🙂

The team was really attentive and eager to do a great job. Once finished as I was driving away, Karl went back over to my car and gave it some extra buffing. Very impressed!

Had a mini valet of my neglected car today and the result was first class. I've had this type of clean up before but never had such an excellent result! Will definitely use the service again. Thank you!

Had the full valet today and they worked absolute wonders with my very messy car. They even managed to get dried paint out of the upholstery which I thought was a lost cause.

Just returned from my third and last visit here. First time, smashing, second time, bad…..thought I’d give them another chance. Wish I’d saved £16! The alloys are still black in places and there is dirt around the skirt of the sides and back. I haven’t checked all around…..I’d probably be even more peed off! There was also a scantily dressed older woman loitering, who shouldn’t have been there in my opinion. Very unprofessional and slap dash! I will do it myself next time!

The lads did a great job on cleaning and valeting the car and couldn’t be happier. We go to the cafe and it’s all done when we come out. Great job

Thanks to Karl for valeting my car today! Much needed having been parked up under a tree for 6 weeks! Not to mention the dog hair inside! It hasn't looked so clean since I bought it! Great job! Great friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Very very rude staff, charging £50 for a mini valet, young lad, had a attitude, definitely wouldn’t recommend, I go to a lot off cash washes for business use and would say this is the worst one

Had our car washed this morning Not clean Still have bird crap on the wind screen He sprayed soapy water over the bonnet after he had finished causing soap stains Got 1 star as no stars isn't an option

My car was really dirty. It has been parked under trees so was green on the roof. They did a great job

We have always been very impressed with this car wash. They clean the car very thoroughly, and they have good team work going. The car washers are also very helpful and friendly. We can't fault them.

Update 29th March: Response today (but I can’t seem to respond directly) asking me to come back and they’ll sort the issues. It’s been 3 weeks, I’ve washed it myself and sorted the issues.😐 17th Feb. Got the £50 wash and vac. It took about 1hr 30min. Clean and shiny with tyres dressed. A few insect strikes still on bonnet which I pointed out to staff as I collected. Just a bit of ‘elbow grease’ needed! Sadly when I got home I noticed that the bottom window seals on the doors were still dirty. Took a toothbrush and a bit of soapy water and it’s gone but you’d think for £50 it would be better.

First time visit today, car has come up really nice. Normally go Cheshire Oakes for my car washes, but not any more service was great and cleaned in a good time, will be back Friday with my other car, the third one will have to wait till payday 🤑 Was closed on the Friday (13th) went back today and just as pleased as the first visit thank you Will be back soon weather dependant as I would to try and get the wax done also on my next car Third visit not so good, water marks, inside and out on windows, mirrors still have dirt on passenger door also, dust on dash still 1hr 30 told it would take for a number 4 done in 45 minutes and shows Looks better than it did but for £50 todays visit was not worth that Will give it another go for next clean as first 2 visits cars where done really well
