Rock ferry hand car wash

I have 3 door seat ibiza hatch and got charged for a medium car size... Surely it's a small car? Alloys were still dirty and some spots were missed. Wax was barely used. Also everyone there looks very miserable. Won't be using again.

Been using this wash for years, but over the last few months its cleaning standards have dropped and its prices have really increased. £24 for a mini valet that was no different to a £10 inside & out clean, I get it’s busy but they rush the cleans now and miss loads, and I’ve never known a wash to apply tyre dressing before the cars even been dried it was always last

Don't waste your money got home to find it just as dirty as when I went. £9 for an air freshener basically.

Been coming here years with multiple cars over the years and they always do a great job, plenty of detail cleaning but quick and efficient.

I have been coming to this car well over 7 months now and all I can say about this place is that they are very thorough with their work and very passionate. Moo the boss is very approachable and very relaxed. Never seen them rushed any of my cars. I'm a trader and fo through at least 8 cars weekly. I definitely recommend the.. welldone guys

Took my car in for a full valet. Astonished at how good it looked, smelt and felt. Only wish I'd taken it sooner. Staff are friendly, attentive and hard-working, and their prices are very competitive!

Moved to the local area so wanted to see what the local car wash was like. Very impressed with the mini valet. Did a great job and very quick

Fantastic job had the full valet and the car looks brand new, even washed and dried the mats and got a lemon car freshner. Think I've found the best car wash on the wirral I will definitely be back.( probably with the wife's car later).

Getting too expensive but still good

First and last time using this car wash. I went to have the outside and inside cleaned, the outside of my vehicle was cleaned well but when I drove inside and asked for the inside I was told no and no other vehicles where being cleaned inside either probably because it was busy outside and a queue into the road has begun. If it gets to a point and it's too busy a sign should be put out outside to let people know there won't be any interior valets done. Dissapointed to say to least.
