Easy Wash

Took me car 4 a silver wash was £17 expecting a mini valet no windows inside cleaned no plastics cleaned wot a waste of £17 that was. I told them they said if I want them done it will cost me £25 I only went there coz me usual car wash on Duke st was 1hr wait on valets next time I think I'll wait I was in & out in 15min wont be going there again.a angry customer

Last 2 visits here have not been good. Car not washed properly and tried to overcharge me on both occasions. I won't be using them again but If you use them, ensure you inspect your car before paying and have the correct money ready. I gave a £10 note which the guy took and wasn't giving me change until I told him the price at the entrance was £7. He started arguing, then the manager interrupted saying the guy was new and £7 is correct. Same as last time!

I Took my car for an inside and out clean, silver service I think it was, I was quoted £18 but I thought it was cheap and questioned it. He then said it was £20 not £18. So I left it there and went back an hour later. He asked if it was ok? but it had dirty marks inside all doors, green damp mold marks- which was why I’d taken it — I asked if they could go over the inside doors and the paintwork with a damp cloth as it was very noticeable. In the end I just gave up and he the said it was £30 I asked why it was £10 more than quoted but he said I said £30 not £20 i didn’t argue and paid. So when I got home, I noticed that all the dashboard glass was still dirty, the floor in-between by the gear stick was full of dirt and the roof hadn’t been touched. The boot was still mucky, I had to do it again myself. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, my husband has just looked at his as he took his the same day and his boot has grass under the mats. Won’t be going there again.

Said £5 on the sign but charged me £6. Didn't even dry my car. Free air freshener smells like toilet. Stuck my taxi signs back on over my door... waste of money

Parked my car up and cars that came after me were getting done while my car sat there in the sun I complained and was told what's the problem very poor service should be done in order

I was very pleased with the service the first few times but the quality and effort seem to have been lacking the last few times, I ve had to point out things they have missed when the customer shouldnt have to do that ,probably wont be going back

On my last visit, we agreed Wash cost £10, I paid with £20 note and he returned with coins, the excuse being no £10 notes! When I counted the coins, there were only eight so queried it to be told it was £12. I refreshed his memory and he conceded but I forgot to tell my wife who visited today 18th February 2025. Unfortunately, they tried the same trick and, as no £10 notes available, she was given change in coins, and being a very decent person in her late sixties, she gave her £1 tip and returned home with coins worth seven pounds! So, their trick is to short change you £2. I am alerting Trading Standards as this is illegal and must be stopped.

Avoid this place, they won't wash your car well. After charging £20 car was still not done very well.

Poor service..paid for bronze car wash which included tire shine and air freshener of which I didnt get either then realised when I got out it hadn't been washed properly, ..took elsewhere to have it washed again, will never return here again

Don’t waste you money there this people don’t know how to wash car and wait one hour to clenn my car when I say to him plz quick I need go somewhere guy wash car he say we can’t do any only 2 people work never go there

Very poor car wash! Rushing the job! Dashboard not even wiped! Never go there again.

Ok. Wouldn't class my car (Spark) as a medium sized car though????

Took My sons car to have a wash and vacuum. Prices on board small car £10. Charged £15!😡. Not recommended. Operatives looked unhappy upon arrival, shifty. First guy mumbled 10-12 when I asked for silver clean on board £10 for corsa. Finally charged £15 by another guy. Asda in town ws much better but appears to have closed. 😔
