IMO Car Wash

Just got a basic wash. The drive through hardly touched the dirt on the top of my car. When I got home and got out of the car I saw my rims were demolished. Currently trying to sell my car and this will impact the value a lot. Not happy

Just like on many occasions my wife and I visited the IMO car wash at Broughton. Aram who served me is an absolute credit to your company. I’ve been served many times by him and never have I seen him without a smile on his face. All the staff there are pleasant but he stands out. Many thanks

Very very unprofessional chap called Florine (see pictures) who was working today. The sign says £25 for a mini valet and £7.80 for triple foam (which I’ve paid before a number of times) but the guy on shift (Florine pictured in the photo) said he would need to charge £42.00 and take it directly. — Very unprofessional! I refused to pay it directly and only bought a £7.80 triple foam from the website in the end. I’ve always had a great experience from IMO car wash usually. But it’s this one chap who you need to watch out for. Red flag on legs who isn’t good for the business.

Took it in for same day inside clean as my mate threw up in the car, bossman done a fantastic job in less than half an hour, thank you so much

Unable to use as closed for maintenance!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Left my car there to get cleaned inside and out. Car was working fine when I left it. Come back and they've said it's not reversing. Took it to a garage nearby and they tell me my gear cables have snapped, and the car wash denies any responsibility. My car is now costing me a fortune to repair, may even have to scrap it. Thanks a bunch lads 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wouldn’t let me through the car wash because of the roof rack! I have never been turned away before with it on. The guy was so rude as well. Wouldn’t bother using this car wash.

I always go and clean my car here. The guys that run it are so kind and patient. It makes me feel comfortable and always brightens my day. I will keep coming here.

Horrible customer service. Very rude!! Also just sprinkled the cleaning liquid as if he is going to run out 😢😢😢. Asked for triple foam and he didn’t even clean with brush the rarer end and back glasses and after washing when looked one of my car wheels alloy is been scratched out. Very poor !! Lazy person didn’t realize I’m paying for the services and service given was very lazy 😢😢 looks like he doesn’t want to work😰

Visited yesterday and requested the £25 valet. Rude man opened the door and said he couldn’t do it for £25 as car was dirty! Well obviously! I’m not going to bring a clean car to be cleaned am I! Offered to do it for £45 instead. Told him to jog on and cleaned it out myself for £3 at the Starbucks garage in Mold!
