Same experience as other of his customers. Found the main guy very rude and not a pleasant man. Went to discuss having all our 9 vans cleaned by him but he yelled at me in the office and told me to get out. Absolutely no need for that attitude. Have been there a few times but never again. Perhaps he was having a bad day but there was no excuse for the way he spoke to me.
Go there for outside of car,then had the inside done because it was filthy after the great grand children. Very pleased with the result. Definitely take it there again. Very pleasant.
My wife has just been today and she fetched the car back with tfr burns on the plastic trims that it didn’t have before and I used to restore classic cars and paint them and flat and buff them so know my way around paint and paintwork and no tyre shine for £14 Definitely not using them again I also used to use auto smart products every day and they never left burn marks with aggressive traffic film remover
What a horrible experience. The owner is very rude. Won’t be going there again. Avoid.
Turned up with a very dirty inside and out BMW XM today and the boss was super helpful and did me a mini valet even though they were busy and it wasn't booked the car looked superb

Have just left there as they refused to wash my car claiming it was too dirty,so is it only clean cars they will wash,they don't want to work hard for their money,!!!
