Very rude staff no manners,and check your card when paying there scamming people, be aware

BEWARE using the jet wash here!! I went to wash my car and paid via card, when I pressed the button to begin my wash, the machine was not working. There are 2 jet wash machines here and only one was displaying an 'out of order' sign - the one I used didn't have a sign and the machine was still on which is why I assumed it was working. I went inside to ask for help, they were very unhelpful and I did not appreciate the abrupt manner in which I was spoken to by the guy working there. I simply said that I had paid for a jet wash and the machine wasn't working, you could have apologised for this and directed me to the third party company's website to pursue a refund. Instead you were rude to me and made me out to be a liar regarding the out of order sign - which was not displayed. I now have to pursue the third party company for a refund, the whole thing could have been avoided by displaying the correct signage and switching off the machines if they are not working. How absurd to have a broken machine that still accepts card payment!

Very bad customer service and very rude and even don't speak with customer...not good for late night. No smile on face 🙁

I use this station regularly as its my local, every time im left waiting at the pump waiting for staff to activate it because theyre not at the till and are in the back or restocking shelves. Staff are clearly overworked as when they eventually activate the pump, they go back to stocking shelves and im left waiting in a long queue with nobody on the till, it takes double the time it should!

Nice fuel station. Has a laundrette which came in handy when my washing machine broke. Good car vacuum (although the fragrance always seems to be gone). Good jet wash (way less busy than the one at the rossmore bp) Highly recommend.

I was filled diesel more than £80 but they are not accepted Morrisons card , not happy why the first order put Morrisons petrol station ?

why be 24hrs when i stopped by to get some food on a long shift delivering the person in the garage ignored me?? this was 3:04am on 4th october pointless been 24hrs if your not actually gonna serve someone i was in a mcqueens van knocking on the window.

Very busy pretty much all day, There is a shop with a decent choice of produce, you can buy pretty much everything that you can get in tesco.

The Manager of this Petrol station is an absolute disgrace and so are some of the colleagues that work thier. The manager is a complete bully that picks on his staff or make them do impossible over time work shifts. Hes very rude and has harassed one of the ex colleagues out of hours and message at inappropriate times. The messages are very unprofessional and very judgemental this is bullying in the workplace and I will not tolerate it one bit!! After the messages I have seen I am disgusted with the behaviour of the manager of this petrol station. I will be writing to the head office aswell reporting all the bullying that has gone on in this petrol stations. I will keep reporting this place to its its official shutdown. Staff members are to be treated with rights not to be bullied!!.
