Used your car cleaning service today for my Kia Stonic Estate. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning again. The gentleman who normally cleans my car always does an excellent job — the inside is spotless, the seats are properly cleaned, the windows are clear, and the steering wheel is polished. I’ve never had any issues before. However, today the standard was disappointing. My seat was still dirty, there was dirt left on the windows with streak marks, and the steering wheel had not been polished like it normally is. I just wanted to leave honest feedback based on today’s service.

Always a good service here, wash and dry and my car looks fab

Waited over an hour for my car to be washed, what a joke, I will never come here again , customer's car left with the engine running for over 45 minutes so the music could play what a waste of customer fuel

I had a full service done by a beautiful Syrian man who did such an amazing job on my car. He was so good and fast and so polite. I'd definitely come back just to be serviced by him again, beautiful smile and best car wash in Liverpool.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful & kind. They talked me through my different options right away and didn’t just reccomend the most expensive. The waiting room was warm & cosy and they offered me a tea. My car looked brand new in half an hour inside & out obsessed xxx

After waiting well over an hour for my car to be cleaned???? & when I moved, the back shelf it was still full of sawdust from the wood. I had bought the week earlier it had not cleaned it, and it will not be using this car again dreadful
