Visited the dog wash after a trip to the beach, had high hopes from the look of the fencing and equipment, was a little shocked at the £8 price but thought I'd give it a go. Very disappointed at the flow of water, can best be described as a old man with a prostate problem! Just wasn't enough water flow to was a hamster let alone a grown dog. Definitely won't bother using again.

Laundry dryer was bone cold, clothes still wet after 1hr 15 mins, £15 later and walk away with wet clothes. Dryer doesn’t heat up. Dog wash, water pressure horrendous, £8 for 10 minutes of water trickling out. Wouldn’t recommend this rip off that doesn’t even work.

Great jet and roller type wash available. Have used both and are really good.

One dog wash unit didn’t work. The other unit shower head was so badly clogged that any water was a faint trickle. Avoid!!

Not the best car wash around, I just don't like the short lances they have to clean the car. Plus it's a bit more expensive than Asda at Kinmel Bay. It is a popular place and no matter what time of day, there is usually someone else there.

Really disappointing. Hoses all tangled, jet spray poor pressure one minute and fine the next, ran out of time and had to pay twice so I could get all the foam / soap off the car let alone wax. Past experience has been OK, but this time was terrible, I'm sorry to say. 😟

Do you really want me to review this place?, because I will give a full & honest reply. OK then here we go..:) In one word 'useless',...now that's a good start isn't it..;) Let me explain, my GF uses this place often, living in the village of Abergele itself, it could not be more convenient. However the inconsistencies of whether you get a good wash, an OK wash,...or a totally pointless-(you may as well throw your £4 down a local drain) are just mind numbingly frustrating to say the least..:(( Let's go off our last visit, as for reasons no one can understand, there was.. 'no foam'... "whatsoever",....nothing,....nada. In general you never hear the audible "beep" that tells you that it's changing between different settings, sometimes the times of the wash seem much shorter than others, and often to program and make a payment on the machine control panel takes an age, as the machine figures out what a chip & pin card is,....I kid you not..:( and finally if there is any issues with it,...don't go to the local Shell garage that's part of it's set up, as they are..."nothing to do with the car wash - you'll have to phone the number on the panel". In conclusion, it's far too 'hit & miss', as for every good wash that you get, you'll get seven or eight-(I'm really not exaggerating this) that are either,...rubbish, crap, indifferent,....or just plain.."meh" as an Goth ex-GF used to often say too me. Personally I wouldn't bother, find another one that has much better consistency would be mine answer to this, as you may as well just play casino and you'd have more chance of making better use of your money than playing the Threeways Karcher-(will I get a good wash this time) challenge. BTW I'm talking about the 'hand jet' three bays thing that are there, not the large roller thing that goes over your car as you sit in it,...as if you are using that,....you are truly & utterly lost to society in general, and no advise on here,....or anywhere really, can really save you from yourself, as they are truly awful things..:((

Machines don't work, it's a scam, avoid as they will just take your money and give you no service

The automatic wash was very good and reasonably priced. Mobile phone contactless payments are not accepted, you will need your bank card. That's the reason I deducted one star, as I visited and left empty handed so to speak the first visit. Sometimes a queue but not too long. There's an automatic carwash, a few jetwash booths and vacuums for the interior. There's even a 24 hour washing machine and dryer. Definitely worth a visit!!!

This place is absolutely fantastic.. you can wash your dog while hubby washes the vehicle 😉 you can even do your laundry..with machines big enough for a king size quilt 👌... fill the petrol tank ...and not forgetting..Costa and hot food on sale ...and most importantly..Great staff

Car not rinsed property was left with white residue had to be washed again at home, much better to use the hand car wash in towyn

It's a bit hit and miss as to whether things work or not and if machines are filled with soap. It's just ok

This place is hardly worth it, it needs to be serviced far more often, as there are timing issues, soap issues, the alarm is not loud enough to be heard, and they're often not working. It's frustrating to say the least.
