When I arrived, immediately they wanted to charge me £90 instead of the advertised £65 for a deluxe clean. We agreed on £80, stupidly. I outlined some key areas I wanted cleaned, particularly the dirt on the doors, boots and bonnet crevices - and when I got the car back, see the picture below as to the dirt being left uncleaned (this was one of many areas of dirt left on the doors). My seats were soaking wet from being washed - it seems no effort was made to suck the water out. My car heaters have been on for 4+ hours and they are still wet to the touch. The guy seemed very nice in person but in message when I complained of this, he was very rude, dismissive and somehow blamed me for him not doing his due diligence. I requested a partial refund but was refused. Avoid if you can!

Charged 25 for mini valet with no exterior gell or hand finish the gobby one who thinks he owns the place said it's not included, had it done many times by all the other lads and girls who are excellent, can't be bothered to argue with a bully

Have been twice and unfortunately even paying more for the higher services (mini valet and further) the service is sub par, more emphasis goes on the outside of the vehicle rather than the inside, second time i went i had to ask them to vacuum a spot they missed but despite this the pictures below showcase the neglect. They’re great if you’re in a pinch and just want the outside done.

Great service! I was met at my car as soon as I parked up, all option were explained in detail. I opted for the Gold service as my (quite old and run down) car needed a good clean. When I returned after about 40 mins it was completely spotless and absolutely shining inside and out. It made my 18 year old car look new! I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

What a wonderful experience. Olli and the team did an awesome job on both my and my wife’s cars. We were well received, very polite and they explained the different options. The £40/car is money we’ll spend and I will most definitely be back to support this business.

St Asaph Hand Car Wash and Valeting is absolutely fantastic! The team is friendly, efficient, and takes great pride in their work. Every time I visit, my car comes out looking spotless, inside and out—they really pay attention to detail. The service is quick yet thorough, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. It’s clear they genuinely care about delivering top-notch results. Excellent service, had a small issue where the plastic trim inside the car was left with a residue they got me back in and corrected the issue right away. I take all my vehicles here and always receive excellent service. Highly recommended.
